Dry Cleaning Service
I have had multiple suits damaged from the high heat that is used for the dry cleaning at Northwood cleaners. For a while it was the only dry cleaners I went to. When I asked the owner if I could get my suits repaired from the heat damage their machines did, they told me they wouldn't. I was rather embarrassed for the company because they had always seemed to take care of the customer. Not any more, not only that I have told my family and friends not to go to Northwood cleaners, because of how poorly they handled the situation.
