Salesman failed to measure space so water heater ordered was too large for the space. Install was delayed 1 day and I was without hot water. Install 2nd day was excellent.

Found that humidifier wasnt working

I am under a yearly contract where Jackson heating comes out twice a year---once for the AC tune up and once for the furnace tune up and April Air water panel replacement. In the 30 years I have used Jackson Heating for my furnace installation and yearly tune ups, they have always been reliable, professional, and have done excellent work.

It went very well, no problems found with the furance

Tech arrived at backend of appointment window, not late but from previous appointments later than expected. Work was professionally performed while I took care of another in home appointment.

We ended up finding and hiring Jackson Heating & Cooling after a contractor we had used for years lied to us and tried to scam us. jackson Comfort Heating and Cooling has been terrific - professional, punctual, honest, reliable and reasonably priced. We have used them to repair our hot water heater and do an annual furnace and humidifier maintenance checkup. We have signed annual maintenance contracts with them due to their excellent service. Highly recommend!

Great as always , the Jackson Comfort Technician did a thorough inspection and testing . They are always prompt , courteous and reliable.

It went very well. The technician was prompt, courteous and neat. He pointed out somethings that I could do to extend the life of my 25 year old furnace and that my two CO detectors in the house had expired. I have since replaced them. I requested a water panel as a spare for my humidifier and he had one on his truck. The entire service took roughly an hour.

This was a fantastic experience from the initial phone call to set-up an appointment to the technician that came to my home. The tech was helpful and informative. There were no hidden or added fees. He made me feel at ease as he went out of his way to ensure that I understood every detail, including costs. In my opinion as a 5 star company they met a high standard of service and quality work. I would and do recommend them for all your HVAC needs. Great job keep up the good work!

When the weather turned colder this weekend our furnace began to run erratically. Fearing the worst we called Jackson Comfort for a service call as we have a service contract with them. Brian came today and it was a clogged air filter due to the duct cleaning back in August. Brian changed our filter for N/C and got us up and running quickly. We purchased new A/C, air cleaner and new thermostat this summer. Great company to work with for all our heating and cooling needs.

It didn’t. Jackson Heating sub contracts this work out. Their service team provides an estimate when at the house doing Jackson services. Jackson brings in their partner to do the work. On the day of appt. I get a call that due to a employee calling in sick the tech will be coming from a different location and may be a half hr to hr late. That was acceptable to me. Well, no one showed up by 4:00 in the aft.One would think that common professionalism and respect would indicate that a phone call should have been made to the customer with an explanation of what was going on. After all at 4:00 the tech was 4 1/2 hrs late from original appt time. I eventually called Jackson Heating and told them what was going on and that I no longer wanted the services they were recommending.
