Work was satisfacory. I also was looking at replacing the A/C and furnace. Quote was very high and out of line with other firms. I am sure the quality is there, however I think you owe it to yourself to shop around before accepting their quote.

They are fairly responsive. They are willing to talk on the phone and understand any problem and issues. They come and do the work they are supposed to do. They are usually pretty much on time. The job is taken care of and they depart. I would use them in the future.

Very good. The estimator was very professional. Provided a lot of information and walked me through "Furnace 101," since I didn't know anything about heating systems. We ended up going with another contractor because of price.

Could not have gone more smoothly and I'm delighted with the result. I called Jackson on 28 June to schedule an estimate. My call was handled in a courteous & professional manner. I was able to set up an appointment for the next day, 29 June. Keith, the estimator, arrived on time. He took his time and clearly explained his reasoning and my options. He took my questions & concerns seriously. I was given a written quote on-the-spot that was good for 30 days. Everything took 30 minutes. Jackson had the low quote. And while low is good, I chose Jackson because their design struck me as the best one. Because some other quotes were slow to arrive, it was 11 July before I accepted Jackson's bid and scheduled the installation. The design engineer would come out on 20 July, a Wednesday, and installation was scheduled for 25 July, the following Monday. Ed, the design engineer, arrived on time and took 30 minutes to measure for the duct work. He photographed everything and sketched the design on site. Those photographs showed up with the installer as part of a very detailed set of installation instructions. The walls were also marked to indicate where everything was to go. Since the open space under the stairs is small, and the walls on either side of the stairs are load bearing and could not be modified, every piece of new duct work had to be custom fabricated. When the installer arrived with the new ducts, I knew I had picked the right company. I do not exaggerate when I say that the ducts were magnificent, and the s-shaped ducts looked like works of art. Jackson has a great sheet metal shop! Mark, the installer, arrived at 9:00 AM. He worked very efficiently and cleaned as he went. All the new ductwork looks as though it's meant to be where it's installed and not simply tacked on as an afterthought. All the old duct work was taken away. The total time to complete the job was 6 1/2 hours, including a lunch break. I highly recommend Jackson Comfort Systems, particularly if you have an unusual project requiring custom duct work.

He was pretty responsive. I don’t remember much about it. All I remember is that, he came in and came up with a solution, so that the water would not be on the floor. He knew what was going on. I don’t remember how much he charged me. I will use his services again in the future.

Very positive experience. Once the appointment was set, I got a confirmation call the day before, and a call when the technician was on his way. It's like doing business with a friend.

The technician was scheduled to do a routine maintenance and inspection. He did the inspection first, and discovered a cracked heat exchanger, a potentially significant safety issue. He wrote up his diagnosis and did not charge us for the maintenance service because the furnace had to be replaced. Also, I have purchased supplies from this dealer before and they are very helpful.

They are very knowledgeable. I trust them. We have used them for probably 20 years. They come when you call them. They are very professional, and they answer the phone. You need somebody that's going to be reliable, and they are reliable. I would recommend them. They do a lot of work in our neighborhood. I know a lot of people that use them, as well.

Jackson Comfort Heating and Cooling Systems were very well. I was very happy with the service. They were professional and courteous. They seemed to work with me well. Overall, it was a good experience.

My interaction went well. I had no problems with them. The only duct they installed was just what they needed to adapt the new furnace to the existing. It was a very low duct work. There wasn't duct work throughout the house. It was a piece of sheet metal form to fit the new furnace into the existing. The new furnace is a little bit smaller than the old one so they had to take an adapter to fit it in. It's a more efficient furnace and that's one of the reasons that I got it because there is a tax credit. I would be getting income tax credit for putting in a certain efficiency furnace. The system is working fine. This is the only experience I've had with them and it was 100% satisfactory. I didn't get a lot of comparative prices, but I was pretty satisfied with what I thought or should cost. I think the price was fair.

In the end... the problem was fixed. But on the second call, the serviceman tried to fix the spring by bending it, which only worked for a few days. In the end a part that probably cost $3 fixed the problem. It was an unusual problem, so in my mind the jury is out in terms of an absolute rating-- in other circumstances this contractor might have been spot on from start to finish. This would not have been a typical defect. Also, the unit in question was only produced by Lennox for two years, and it was not common enough to have a history that would help diagnostics. Also, this contractor is not a primary Lennox dealer. To the company's credit, the service manager committed to getting the problem fixed and fixed right at no additional cost, and service calls cost money. The problem was fixed and the unit has operated normally since.

Their price is comparable to everyone else. We would absolutely use them in the future.

I signed up for their Garanteed Savings Planned Maintenance program two years ago. They do maintenance on my furnace and A/C every year. It is great. Well worth the money. $300 fee above includes the fee for the maintenance contract. I plan to stay as their customer for many years to come.

I had Jackson install a new furnace about 3 years ago, and now the AC system this year Price was good and service excellent. I would definitely recommend them. The new AC system drastically slashed my cooling costs, even with the hotter than normal weather.

They have been excellent. They came and tore out the old stuff. They installed the new stuff and cleaned up after themselves. The price was what they said it would be. They gave us a free tune up for a couple of years.

We are very happy with them and we have a yearly contract with them. They come out twice a year, once they come out to check the furnace and another time to check the air-conditioner. They were here immediately when we had a problem.

We are very satisfied with them. I have purchased the service contract from them because I am very happy with them and this is something I never do. The price is reasonable and the quality of work is very high.

Every time they come they do something wrong and have to come back. There is always something disconnected or turned off. It always ends up costing me time at work. This year was worse than usual. The heat never works when they leave and they are slow to respond when I call.

Service scheduled about a week in advance. Told to expect a half-day job-start-to-finish the job took about 5 hours. Service tech was friendly & professional, and took care to keep the floors clean and to clean-up afterwords. The new humidifier unit was installed in a neat & efficient manner and is working perfectly. The service tech explained exactly what work was performed and how to operate the new system.
