Our Jackson Comfort Systems technician, Mr. Jim Hamed, was friendly, professional, and quite informative in his visit with us. He was able to pinpoint several issues with our home furnace and adjustments necessary to make it more efficient. Jim was also quite knowledgeable in providing service to our humidifier system without having to replace anything but the water pad. He pointed out that our humidistat was functioning fine but needed adjustment elsewhere. Throughout the visit, Jim displayed thoroughness and workmanship. He did not rush any process or cut corners, which was appreciated. He also made an adjustment to the gas inflow to optimize furnace performance, also appreciated. We had a new thermostat installed as well. Although what could have been slightly higher than some other competitors in the area, the JCS service rate was still competitive and reasonable, value-wise. Their BBB rating and client feedback solidified my decision to choose them first. Of course, I signed up for their membership plan resulting in more money saved, via Jim.
