The installation team arrived on the date and time scheduled.  The were very neat, removed a dirty old wood burner without leaving a trace and carried it out to the barn as requested.  They removed the old chimney liner and replaced it with the new one in a 25 foot chijmney.  They ran the new gasline and electric circuit.  They installed the stove and went thru the complicated  remote control operation with us.  They didn't appear to be rushed and left the work site spotless.  I was impressed because there were so many things that could have gone wrong.

Scheduling an appointment was good. There was one person here doing the work. The clean up was excellent.

The gentleman came out when he said he would and he did a pretty good job. The worker left the area clean when he was finished. We have used this company for awhile.

Very professional and neat.  Cleaned up everything before they left.  Would highly recommend them, I was even able to get there chimney sweep out during the week to clean my chimney before logs were installed.

We liked them. I thought there was a $100 coupon involved, but we aren't sweating the small stuff right now on this installation. It was clean, prompt and we love the look of the classic oak logs. Thanks.

The men were very good, polite and hard workers. The job took a little longer than expected but came out beautifully. We are getting rave reviews! They also installed a flat screen tv above the fireplace.

The salesperson at the store helped me select a good quality fireplace door and answered all my questions knowledgeably. A time was scheduled to come to my home and measure the fireplace opening. The person showed up on time and was very polite. Once the opening was measured they ordered the doors and scheduled the time to come and install them. The installer showed up on time and was very efficient installing the doors. I am very happy with the quality of the fireplace doors and customer service I received.

Everything went great from start to finish. A representative came to our home to give us an idea of pricing and options, and we were scheduled for the service a few weeks later. The installers installed the new gas line along with the fireplace and logs with zero problems, and it was a wonderful transaction overall. It's also good to know that we have the gas fireplace as a backup in the event of a furnace emergency and helps give us peace of mind!

Called the Fireplace Shoppe to arrange a repair on my gas fireplace. The burner was lighting but would go out after about 10 minutes of use. The person who answered the phone at the shop was very nice and professional. He asked for all the details on the problem so they would ensure they would have everything to fix the problem. This was done during the Thanksgiving/Christmas hoiday season so they were backed up on their schedule., He was able to schedule an appointment in two weeks. Not a problem for us at the time. They like to allow a morning or afternoon time frame. We booked for sometime between 12:00 and 5:00pm. The technician contacted us at 3:00 pm to let us know he would arrive in about 15 minutes which he did. He was very professional, used boot covers for his shoes and spread a cloth out to protect the surrounding area. He completely cleaned the entire fireplace inside and out to include the burners and pilot. The pilot had not been cleaned in 15 years of use and was extremely dirty which caused it to shut the system down because of the inconsistent burn. He answered all our questions and provided recommendations to maintain the system. Very courteous and nice serviceman. Would definitely use them again.

I obtained an estimate for three bricks to be reattached to firebox and for an installation of a top damper. He was also suppose to seal top of chimney. My husband felt the price was too high and fired him after he sealed th chimney. We called another Angie's list vendor and are very happy.
