THE COMPANY CAME OUT BUT UPON ASSESSING MY CONCERNS, FOUND THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. THEY RECOMMENDED THAT WHAT I THOUGHT I NEEDED TO BE DONE COULD BE DONE BY ME WITHOUT TOO MUCH WORK INVOLVED. IT IS RARE TO FIND SERVICE COMPANIES THAT ARE SO CUSTOMER ORIENTED THAT THEY WILL TURN AWAY BUSINESS THAT WOULDVE BEEN A MISUSE OF A CLIENTS MONEY. I WAS PLEASED WITH THEIR RESPONSE, AND KNOW THAT SHOULD I NEED ANY OF THE SERVICES THEY PROVIDE, IN THE FUTURE, I WOULD CALL THEM.

NICE GUY. HE THOROUGHLY CLEANED UP HIS MESS. AT MY REQUEST HE GAVE AN ESTIMATE FOR REPAIRS ON MY CHIMNEY. I WILL BE CALLING THEM IN THE SPRING TO DO THE REPAIRS.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB CLEANING, BUT SUGGESTED SEVERAL OTHER THINGS THAT WERE NEEDED, INCLUDING A SPECIAL PROCESS TO REMOVE CREOSOTE BUILD-UP WHICH HE SAID COULD BE A FIRE HAZARD. THE TOTAL COST FOR REPAIRS CAME TO ALMOST $900.00. TODAY WE HAD ANOTHER COMPANY LOOK AT IT AND THEY SAID THAT IT DIDNT LOOK LIKE THEY DID THE WORK THEY CLAIMED THEY DID, AND HIS QUOTE ON WHAT HAD TO BE DONE WAS ABOUT $275.00.
