"We are upfront with any cost before repairing anything which this person signed off on. We also charge for a service not a part and use OEM parts. We also sell our knowledge. We are always amazed that we are called to repair something fix it without incident but after approval to do so are reviewed that so very little was done to repair it and charge what was quoted. We charge what we need to so we can exist and pay our employees that are certified to do so. The cost of refrigerant reflects the EPA regulations we have zero control over. Again all this upfront and the unfair review after the fact. If you are unhappy we also ask you call us to discuss before posting a unhelpful review.
