Description of Work: I bought a COUPON FOR A DRAIN CLEAN OUT FOR $79.00 BUT I REALLY DIDN'T KNOW IF THAT WOULD FIX MY PROBLEM. After approximately 1 hour of trying to unclog my drain they showed me how much more it entailed. The clog was so backed up and there was also a leak. I saw all this so no one was trying to sell me something I didn't need. They explained very clearly what had to be done to fix both problems. They cut out a section of the very old pipe in the basement, replaced it with pvc and installed a new trap and all the pipes under my sink. The charge was an additional $325.00 and my bathroom sink was as good as new. . They were very professional and completely cleaned up after. They also wore slippers over their shoes even though they had to go into the basement. I was very pleased with their work and will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: The service man arrived during the window of time specified by the company. He was friendly and cordial as he looked over the situation and explained that the three-ton air conditioner I bought would cost far more than $2500 to install due to the fact that we have no duct work in our home. He recommended an alternative, which probably will cost no more to install than the air conditioner I purchased originally, and will be far less invasive, in terms of flooring and walls etc. It will, however, still be expensive. I have not yet received the estimate.

Description of Work: We selected this deal based on attractive price. On looking more closely at the specs for the toilet being offered, we decided that it was not the toilet we wanted. After some phone calls with the supplier, it was not clear if or how the deal would apply if we selected a different brand or model toilet. We desire to cancel this order, find an alternate toilet, and we will recontact the supplier to install our new toilet.
