You also wanted some heaters installed and backed out at the last minute costing our company materials and time. We did not charge you for this. We informed you the leak may be coming from another source. Call us and maybe let us determine where it is coming from since we are the professionals. Description of Work: Washer machine hose was leaking. We were told that Sal's could not provide a time frame during the day when the technician would arrive. By 6:00 pm, I called when no one had shown up - a supervisor finally came & said that they had forgotten about us. He fixed the problem but a couple of months later, the leaking began again. We called & said the work was only warranted for 30 days. We called another plumber who came out immediately, fixed the problem correctly.

Member, I am sorry if this is true. We are not perfect but do not make a habit to forget our service calls. This may have been a special deal and NO times are given with the BIG DEAL because of the discount. If it was leaking again after we fixed it I am not sure why because once a leaking pipe is fixed unless it is disturbed it usually don't leak again. 30 days is a fair amount of time for a repair of this type. I will look into this and may call you to make it right or offer a complimentary service call. My apologies. Sal
