Description of Work: The plumbers arrived on time and were very courteous. The job was a fairly simple one (fixing a dripping tub faucet) but it was done quickly and well. These plumbers appear to offer a nice range of services and I would be happy to use them again.

Description of Work: The company maintained continuous phone contact with me for scheduling purposes and it was timely. The technician did most of the work I required, saving me some expense where feasible. He was not pushy nor did he try to over-sell me on work I did not request. He gave me estimates on future work, should I request it, and tried to save me money on currently needed repair work. He was courteous and professional.

Description of Work: I had called another company to come out and fix a furnace that had been flooded. The other company told me that they had to order special parts that would take several days to deliver before they fixed it, so I waited through the weekend with no heat. On Monday, they still didn't have the part, and temperatures were due to drop severely, so out of desperation, I called Sal's because they had just advertised a Big Deal. Their technician came out right away, found the part locally and had the furnace up and running within hours, for less than the other company's quote. He also helped me fix a couple of other minor issues that came up because of the basement flooding. Next time, I will call Sal's first!

Description of Work: Primary issue was leak from bathtub overflow. Technician, Anthony, showed me the cause and quickly returned with the needed part (rubber seal). As long as I felt that I was in good hands, I had Anthony snake out the tub drain (it was very slow) and it is working better than it ever has. I paid $99. for the added service and I thought that it was a very fair price.
