We talked about my concerns and need for this particular service, clearing storm sewer from back yard drain to street. We live in a land of trees, and I prefer to check these lines and keep them open and flowing instead of waiting for the yard to flood again due to tree root penetration and accumulation. Description of Work: Purchased Angie's List Big Deal for 17-point A/C inspeciation and tune-up. The serviceman that arrived was courteous and professional. Interactions with office staff were pleasant. I would use this company again.

Description of Work: Sal' s did a great job with diagnosing and fixing our ac. I appreciated their friendliness and honesty both over the phone and in our home. It turned out that another company had hooked up our humidistat wrong causing our ac to not work. They fixed that and performed an ac tune up. They were very fast and efficient. I was very pleased with their service and will be using them again.

Description of Work: We made one phone call and the appointment for a new water heater was set up. They came on time, worked efficiently and took the old water heater and cleaned up.

Description of Work: We have had them drop by and look at the furnace, and they have said they will be able to replace it for the coupon cost. We have not yet had them do the replacement. We have until July, and we are fine with waiting until then.
