Description of Work: Offered a deal where they would replace an outdoor garden hose faucet for $69.00. They came and not only replaced the hose faucet, but replaced a leaky shut-off valve. About two weeks later the shut-off valve started leaking. It took them about 10 days to come back out and fix, but at that time our neighborhood had gotten flooded by terrible storms so they were swamped with work. Definitely would use again.

Description of Work: Sal's technician performed and annual air condition service. In addition to the normal service He sealed openings around the coolant pipes on the outside compressor where in the past chipmunks had gotten through and were sliced up by the fan, power cleaned the debris remaining from chipmunks on the outside compressor, and added Coolant. All performed in a professional manner.

Description of Work: Had them put in 2 brand new outside faucets, with some new pipe. Liked that they also tied a basic shoelace to the pipe inside my house. Made it really easy to find the line to turn on once spring hit and I wanted to use them.

Description of Work: Installed furnace, quoted one model (gold) but installed lower quality model (silver). The installation was poor, workers were in a rush to get to a family member's soccer event.

I was pleased to learn that they preferred to do it in two trips. What a fantastic bargain! |As for the performance of the service, the tech called when he was about to arrive and was very professional and polite throughout the visit. Always covered his work shoes when coming into the house. We needed a part replaced (which he showed to me and clearly explained) in the AC. He had it with him on the truck and was able to accept my personal check for the additional amount. |We had had Sal's Heat & Cool out a few years back for a furnace check and we will continue to use and recommend this company!
