Description of Work: I originally purchased a "big deal" for a Sump Pump Maintenance/ Battery Inspection package. The plumber found that the battery was faulty and suggested a water backup instead because of our chronic drainage problem. Having gone through at least 4 back-up batteries and at least as many sump pumps in the last 8 years, I agreed He outlined two ways to go, depending on how much of the system we thought we needed to replace, which impressed me - not pushing the most expensive service. He returned as arranged, was very professional, prompt, neat and hard-working. He explained the system that he installed and answered all my questions.

I have hadSal's install my furnace 3yrs ago, as well as the thermostat, so this made it easier to complete the work...

Description of Work: Charged $100.00 for supply line and shut off valve. Seems like a lot of money seeing that they were already on site. Parts maybe $20.00.Labor maybe 15 min. to install new valve. They would have had to hook up supply line weather it was new or old to complete installation of new toilet.

I got quotes from several other vendors in the area and Sal's price was very competitive. The installation went very well and I had no complaints or issues. Description of Work: They replaced a pipe to the outside faucet that had burst over the winter and installed a new shut off valve. The two guys that worked on our house were excellent, they were on time, professional, and friendly. I added the valve replacement after they arrived and we talked so I needed to go shopping. They gave me a shopping list so I could buy the parts at my local hardware store while they started to work on the pipe. The job was done quickly and professionally.
