Description of Work: Sal's installed a new outside faucet. They worked quickly and efficiently. Afterward the plumber gave me a great idea for fixing the hole in the ceiling drywall. We followed his advise and now have easy access to that area if ever another repair is needed.

Description of Work: A/C checkup. Be prepared to set aside your whole day for an appointment. They did not give a reminder call and would not set a schedule for morning or afternoon. I was also told at the time of service, that they occasionally run deals for less for this service. I will shop around more next time.

Description of Work: A/C maintenance on my two apartments ($79 for annual A/C & furnace maintenance contract). Total time (for both apts) ~90 min. Every step explained in detail. Was asked several times if I had any questions. Used Angie's List coupons on annual service contract -- no issues. Logan was extremely friendly and explained everything in detail. Very happy with this 1st time with Sal's Heating & Cooling. Will continue to use.

Description of Work: We hired Sal's heating and cooling for installing new toilet. The tech did a wonderful job: he arrived in time (and gave me an hour time window before so I was able to come home from work), was very polite and completed the job in 45 min. He removed the old toilet and install a new one , demonstrated that everything was working, left the place clean. No extra charges were applied. |Overall I am very pleased with the service and will definitely use their service in the future.

Description of Work: Refused to schedule appt via angies list. I provided my personal email and they still refused. I gave them Monday through Friday between 0800-1000 and they refused to pick a day. I paid for the services via angies list, why could I not schedule the same? Why did they refuse to pick a day? Absolute appalling customer service. They still have my money.

Description of Work: fluid leak in air conditioner. They did a dye test, returned 3 wks later to recheck it. Gave us options for repair. we decided we will have them replace the unit next year.

Description of Work: I had two water heaters installed in 2 houses. In my residence, the installation was not done properly. They installed the water heater so close to the furnace that it is impossible to open and/or service the humidifier. I am not too happy about that.

Description of Work: They installed an Aprilaire Humidifier for me; I caught the installation on a special. They gave an estimate first, we set a date, they were punctual and efficient. My Humidifier works flawlessly. I'm happy with their service.

Description of Work: Installed new ac. Some discussion about difference in quoted price and what it was really going to cost, but in the end no new pump was needed, so no problem. Did not however get a receipt and will have to call for that.
