Purchased an Angie's List coupon for $99 for 2 hours of plumbing after checking with the company and having 3 employees guarantee that they would honor it for the leaking toilet repair but not for the pressure valve relocation. They sent out an estimator to provide a "free estimate". He estimated the job at $1249. When I objected to the price being excessive, he re-estimated at $640 and indicated the problem was not simply a leaky toilet but required replacement of drains in the basement. When I asked how the Angie's List coupon would apply, he did not know and told me someone from the home office would contact me. No one contacted me. When I called 5 days later, the company refused to honor the coupon because their estimator thought the job was more than a leaking toilet repair when in fact it was a simple leaking toilet repair. The owner of the company acknowledged that the estimator was a remodeler, not a plumber, but would still not accept the coupon for the leaking toilet repair. Angie's List refunded the coupon with no problems under the 30-day guarantee. Because of the bait and switch, I decided to get competitive estimates. Had the same work performed (the toilet leak repair and valve relocation) by a different Angie's List A-rated plumber for $385.

I've used Sal's for a few years without the Angie's offer. I bought and they've installed my Bryant Evolution Furnace, my hot water tank and many repairs. I love the annual service contract for 2 cleanings a year for my furnace and heat pump. I can't say anything but great things about Sal's. However I do miss my favorite guys, Anthony in plumbing and Don in heating and cooling. I believe they are off on their own now and in business for themselves.

I had an older leaky faucet. I wasn't ready to replace it, but thought that's what the guy would say. He was able to replace a few parts, and it is working like brand new!! Jerry was very professional, knowledgeable and easy going. He showed up when expected. He had the parts on hand to complete the job. I will be using Sal's again! Thank you!

GREAT!! one more great review for Sal's but honestly this company is the best. Our elderly sister is an invalid with health problems and when her a/c broke on the hottest day they were out that evening. They priced everything fairly and didnt take advantage that it was a weekend, after hours, and the hottest day of the year. Sal's truly is the best company.

Sal's Heating and Cooling first came to my house mid-February and diagnosed a drip coming through our ceiling. Ice had formed and melted into a pipe that was wrongly installed by another HVAC company. Sal's heating and cooling fixed it at the time but noted with us that they had to come back once it warmed up to re-route our auxiliary drain and feed it into our gutter. Not only was it a winter problem but once it did warm up the AC was dripping onto our roof where our bedroom was and it was unbelievably annoying. Sal's came back out and re-routed with the proper parts and re-routed the drip which solved both our winter/summer problem. We are very happy with their customer service and attention to our problem to be done in a timely manner. Would definitely use them again! Thank you!

The service rep did all the testing to verify the compressor and units were pressurized and working. He also hosed out the fins that were loaded with oak & poplar fuzz.

Took them 15 minutes to install, all from the outside wall. The faucet part included in the deal is not awesome, but works fine.

We gave up after two days of Drano and snaking the drain. Called Saturday morning and was able to have them come out about 12:30 that afternoon. The plumber did and excellent job of assessing the problem and recommending the least expensive solution first (snaking the drain ). He was able to clean the drain by snaking through twice. Area was cleaned up and job was performed quickly.

It went very well Billie and Ryan took care of business in a reasonable amount of time, I will welcome them back to do plumbing repairs in our home anytime as needed.
