They were the first ones that I had called, and they were the first ones who called me back. They came out within a couple of hours. It was an emergency call. He had to find out what the problem was. He was trying to find the reason it wouldn't work. He was outside in the dark, to see what he could do. He takes this apart, and oh, it wasn't plugged in the furnace.I was trying to call the other company to pay the $230 that I had to pay. They wouldn't return my calls. It was expensive, but they came out within a couple of hours, and it was an Holiday weekend. They were the first and only ones to call me back.

They did a great job. They were professional, they did everything great. It took a half hour to complete the work. It was one worker, did a great job. They left the area clean.

Work was fine. The issues were lack of transparency on overall costs. Also, paid 3 or 4 times the cost of parts over a home improvement store.

All was completed appropriately for the scope of work.

Bill and his partner arrived on time and finished the project swiftly with courtesy and professionalism.

I paid for two hours of plumbing service for $99. David and Mike showed up and immediately got to work and did an excellent job. I needed new supply hoses and they did not gouge me and instead charged me a fair price for the hoses they supplied. This is the first time I have used Angie's list and I am well satisfied with it and the service I received from Sal's

The two professionals completed the work in no time. Well, about 20 minutes... They explained what they were doing and ensured I was happy with the work before departing. It's been a few months and I've had no issues with the exterior faucet/spigot.

Great, They were on time and worked hard installed a faucet and garbage disposal. I was quite happy with the work completed and did a great job.

Very good. Two workers arrived exactly on time and did a neat and clean installation.

We called at 7pm on a Thursday night, and by 8pm, they had already showed up, fixed the problem, and left. I was shocked how fast their emergency on-call person could show up! I have used Sal's multiple times before for various things, such as installing a whole-home humidifier, fixing an inducer motor on my furnace, installing a new sink, and replacing a capacitor on my AC unit. These guys are top-notch, and I'm glad that I have a go-to company like this for all of my needs that I know I can trust. Thank you guys!

Good - but one of the new spigots is leaking...

Very well. Plumber was prompt, professional and work was done well. There was a minor charge in addition for some miscellaneous parts (less than $10.00). This seemed reasonable as Sal's couldn't know that exact situation they were working with before coming out. Definitely no indication that Sal's was trying to take advantage. Great work, fixed the problem, no mess. All around great service.

Fine. The Gus were very nice and professional. Did a great job. However sheduling was not very customer oriented. They could not give me any idea of when they would show up. Only that they will call 30-45 minutes prior. Which they did but I had to be prepared to be home all day to ensure I would get the call and be here.

Plumber took off the trap and the water, left in the pipe, dropped to the base of the sink cabinet. Fortunately, there was shelving paper on the bottom of the cabinet. After the plumber was finished, I noticed that the pop-up wasn't high enough for the water to drain out of the sink. I told the plumber I wanted the pop-up to be a half-inch above the sink drain so that the water could flow down. His answer was, 'It is what it is'. After the plumber left, I called Sal's back and told them I was very upset and unsatisfied with the pop-up. I felt I had the same situation with the water not draining out fast enough from the sink. I had to pull up the top of the pop-up for the water to somewhat drain out of the sink. The plumbing supervisor, Rocky, called me back. Said another plumber would be there tomorrow to fix the problem. The second plumber showed up the next morning and was able to fix the pop-up at no charge.

Came to snake the main drain, 1st set of guys they sent out couldnt do it and still charged me $90 and told me to waterjet it would cost approx 350. The next day they sent out another set of guys to try snaking again, they were able to temporarily get the line to drain but quoted a cost of 550 to water jet the drain. The second set of guys were arrogant and had the worst attitudes and charged me another $140 for them to come out!!! So what was quoted at 89 actually ended up costing $229 and we ended up using a different company for the water jet to be done since Sals couldnt make up their mind what the actual price should have been!!! Very disappointed!!! The picture is what was left after Sals supposedly used a 4" cutter to clear the drain!!!

Sals after service follow up is tremendous! Richard was very concerned about an issue I had and called me several times to take care of it. I work 12 hour shifts and it's hard to reach me between 9-5. He sent me a certified letter to please get in touch with him. After I called him he immediately resolved the issue and it was taken care of right away. After this kind of follow up I would recommend Sals again!!

I was told I would get a gift card for referring another customer and spent 3 times more and was denied on gift card.

When I gave my review with Angie's I was disappointed NOT in the service, by the technician, but the lack of customer service from their office. The Technician was great and competed the necessary tune-up and replaced a part that was defective, for that an A rating is well deserved. When the appointment was made I was informed i would be contacted 24 hours before to at least give us a window of when the service would be done. The main issue we had was with the customer service department. We did not get the call 24 hours prior and on the day of service we made over 5 - 6 calls trying to get a ball park when a technician would arrive. Because, there was an incident in our family and we had to leave, but waited till the service was done. I was impressed that the day after the review, I was contacted by the Sal's Heating and Cooling and the Company's representative was eager for me to explain my displeasure, to listen, make restitution for my inconvenience and correct the problem internally so it would not happen in the future. I was quite impressed and completely changed by original view and rating. I understand unless an issue is brought to managements attention it can not be corrected.

It went very well, the team was very professional and extremely easy to work with as a landlord. They were by far the most reasonably priced and did a great job of communicating.

I thought my Angie's list before I found out that I had a frost free outlet. I was annoyed by the cost in addition to my Angie's list coupon. I could've saved money if I had bought the frost free faucet first.

Work was done sloppy, left air conditioner and misc. supplies under the deck. Rushed me into having work done in two days for best price. Didn't install plastic pipe connector for pump. Junction box under deck left hanging and not pushed up for best appearance. I was home and noticed they hadn't hooked up my humidifier, or that would have been missed too. Last spring had the spring start-up special for the air conditioning. Had to come back out to install more Freon in the summer and charged me for the call. When you pay to make sure air is working right shouldn't have to call you back and charge. Always seemed to be in a hurry. Stress do the work right no matter how long it takes. Seemed to be pushed by management to get it done as soon as possible.

Overall it was okay. The work outside was done neatly. The work inside left a sloppy area for me to clean.
