Poorly....the person I spoke with on the phone lied on a few points, then they charged me to come to my house and tell me what the guy lied about...so I have to pay a fee for something I asked several times about over the phone but they want to CHARGE you so they lied on the phone when very easily the could have answered my question and saved me money...had they DONE SO, I would have used them for the replacement unit, but since they lied I could not trust them and hired someone else who did an awesome job

On time and installed toilet quickly.

They're always prompt and on time. They do a terrific job and listen to what your telling them needs to be done. They do it thoroughly and clean up nicely after their work. They showed up on time and on the day they said they would. They told me that they thought something wasn't properly with the thermostat. I've used them many times. I have recommended them to many friends and relatives.

They were here within a week that I called and told them I needed the thermostat changed. They answered and questions that I had.

The price was good and they were punctual.

They said that they were going to come out first thing and they didn't show up until later. When I called, they said that they had gotten behind on another job. Their lack of contact regarding this was very discourteous. We had family coming in and we were trying to get scheduled and they seemed indifferent to our urgency request. I have wasted many hours waiting around for this provider to show up for appointments that they never even called to let me know that they would be delayed. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

They were only here for 1 hour, but there were two plumbers here. Everybody was working, but I did not get all the work done that I needed. I needed to get more parts for the job. I also had to buy another coupon to get the second faucet installed.

Excellent, My parents were without A\C for 3 weeks and then Sal's arrived and brought out a 3 man crew after the Survey Inspector did his survey. Had to pay an extra 600 for the same day service, but it was money well spent.

They worked with the tenant to schedule and completed very quickly. I was very pleased with the interaction with Sal's and will be using them in the future.

Service was okay. They didn't call after they did the tune up for follow up, I had to call them. When I asked them if they have any discount, the guy told me that they couldn't talk about it.

took faucet apart, realigned, tested, checked for leaks! a difficult task for us, but they fixed in a short time. made suggestions to my husband, and that was really appreciated. called when they were on the way, respectful, courteous and got the job done!! will definitely use again, when and if necessary!!!

they did not inform us ahead that would be upgraded costs involved. the work could not be performed without the upgrades.

It went well. The technician called before he arrived. He was thoughtful [put booties on before walking on my rug] friendly and professional. He examined/tested my unit. Good experience.

He tried but new faucet is needed. I was out of the country and my son handled it. However, I am not sure if the total two hours was used or if I have remaining time in that deal. If I still have leftover time, I'd like him to install new faucet when it arrives! 😊

We just bought a condo from my father in law. The heat pump was not working very well. There was a deal that they would come out, do a service check and cleaning. They said oops, you need a new system for $4500. We got a second estimate and they said that all you have is a leaky valve. They topped off the freon, fixed the leaky valve with an "O" ring. The bill was $300.00. We did not need a new system.

Took 3 days over course of 2 weeks to get it completed. Weather was part of issue but workers were other reason.

They fixed the problem quickly. All was good except the mess that was left behind. The bathroom floor, edge of the tub, and livingroom carpet were wet and dirty with poop water from the toilet. When they carried the toilet snake out of the house it dripped the whole way. I would recommend them in the future as long as they were more careful about making a mess.

Both went very well and the service people were professional and helpful.
