They did a great job with first one, encountered problems on second one but that's not their fault. Would recommend and would hire again.

Arrived on time, performed task and left within the hour. I have used Sal's before when I lived somewhere else. I'm glad they come to my new area. They are very pleasant, professional and informative. I trust them and will have them out this year to do the same.

they called ahead, and said when they would be there, when they arrived I showed them which drain I wanted cleaned out, I left the basement so they could do their work, 15 minutes later they were done, they sat in my driveway a little more than a half hour before they left. I went to the basement expecting some sort of mess they cleaned up, but their was nothing, so I'm not sure how good a job they did,

I had to pay more, for a couple of pieces of parts. It went fine. Everything was fine. I had no problems with scheduling or appointment wise. Everything was fine. It was very good. Everything was fine. A on everything. I've used them in past.

They installed the toilet and it leaked. They had to come back out and my flooring was stained pretty badly.

Have used Sals many times and never had a problem. However this time, Got a deal on a water heater by auction and made n appointment for install. The guys that came out were very professional and courteous. But, when they arrived they told me that even though I didn't owe anything for the water tank, but before they could put in it in I had to pay for a ball **** shutoff , and expansion tank which is now mandatory to the tune of $210 extra I agreed ( no choice), but then I said is there a discount for the extra for Angie's List member since the extra is not a part of the tank price. They called and said no. I wish that if they are going to charge you more it should be specified up front. Would still use them again because there people are great.

I love Sal's and they are very prompt. I will continue to use them in the future.

Sal's is a good company. I don't have any problems with them. I've used them for a long time. I did not find them on Angies List. But I've used them. Then I've gone on and gotten benefits through groupon and things like that just to use them even more. They expanded from heating and cooling and now they do plumbing as well. They were looking at my water heater. They were working on my plumbing. They installed my air conditioner two years ago or longer.

Well - scheduled and appointment for my chosen day - but they could not give a specific time. They called about an hour before they came, showed up, did the work and left - did a good job for a reasonable price.

They said they were not very interested in the floor drain repair because it was complicated. I had to basically beg them to make an appointment to discuss it and they would not commit to a time. They said I had to be available all day and couldn't get me in for two weeks. Then they said the $69 coupon that I purchased for the faucet would have an additional fee of $150 when they finally made the appointment. That is twice the price and completely unacceptable. I am canceling all business with them and finding someone else to do the work.

Both servicemen were polite and experienced. As promised they called about a half hour before arriving. They completed the job to our satisfaction. We are pleased that we chose Sal's to do this job.

The installation went flawlessly! The installers did a great job. They removed the old unions that were in place for the previous hot water tank, they were dissimilar metals and were badly corroded. They did a great job soldering in the new copper connections. Overall a great installation!

He solved the problem, but to save me money the copper tubing is visible across the basement ceiling.

My A/C was not working actually. The electrician, the one who came and said you have to switch it on and we did not know the A/C was not working. The fan was working on the heating and cooling thing, and I called them and they came and turned it on for us.

Installation went smoothly and they even hauled away the old toilet and the large boxes that housed the new toilet, which we very much appreciated.
