Jerry was great. I really like working with him. He also fixed sub-par interior work by another tech from a previous visit. I was very grateful for everything Jerry did. I wish the body of the outdoor faucet was just a bit longer, as it is much shorter then the one that leaked and pushes to close to my siding and a pipe that it is quite hard to turn it on and off. That was my only issue and the reason I didn't rate as "A.".

I purchased a special deal to get 2 hours of plumbing service for $99.00. There are a few reasons why I am not rating this highly. 2 plumbers showed up to do the work, which was great. But they used my "discount" up by sitting in the van for 1/2 hour filling out paperwork before they would start work. because there were 2 of them, both sitting in the car (why do you need 2 people to do that---one sits idle while the other writes?) it essentially used my entire hour "discount" (1/2 hour X 2 ppl). So there WAS really no discount. Also, they wanted to empty toilet water into my sink (!!??!!)---instead of removing the water from the toilet another way---they ended up dumping it into the tub in 2 of the bathrooms and I don't know if they dumped into the sink in the bathroom with the non-working shower). Plus some of the work had to be repaired (rework) by the next plumber who came---one of the toilets they "fixed" was rocking and needed a shim and to be re-caulked again. So between the rework and unsanitary ideas plus how my entire "discount" was wasted on idle time in the van (which I was charged for---they made that clear---for both of them to sit there), I was not happy with the 2 plumbers who came. They also would not replace the fixtures in a broken shower with the ones we bought and would only replace the diverter. That helped, but didn't fix all our issues with the old fixtures. It is still very hard to use and I am not yet certain that the job will last as it didn't address the entire problem. On the other hand, I had an excellent experience with Sal's on another project, so maybe it depends on which plumbers you get.

The services were performed as expected. Make sure that if you use this company, someone in your household has one entire day to devote to this. When I called to schedule an appointment, they told me that the window of time they could give me was an eight hour business day, which is just ridiculous. When I asked what they consider to be a business day, they said 8a-4p. They said they would call 30-40 minutes before they come out for the service. The problem was that they had the wrong phone number for me and I never received a call and my husband missed the door. We then called around 3p and had to reschedule to another day because they weren't going to send someone out that late in the day. I was very annoyed. My husband works late nights so I had to call him to wake him for this appointment. Luckily he could be there both days, but I know this is not the case for most people.

They set up another appointment with me, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Both Chris and his assistant, Adam, were punctual, efficient, and neat. The tanks went up and down my basement steps with no problems at all. After installation, you never would have guessed that anyone was there. I have never been disappointed when I have called Sal's for my plumbing, heating, or cooling needs. They hire the best!

Good. Plumber showed up on time. Good communication. He was able to complete the job in time for me to get to work on time. The job turned out to be more complex than expected because the pipe was behind the electrical service panel and there were lots of wires in the way. There were extra labor charges for this. Jerry, the plumber, showed me the issues and explained everything. He was very courteous and neat.

Jerry was very nice and professional and hard worker.

It went Well. the gentleman that did the work explained thoroughly what he was doing, why he was doing it, and discussed options. He was 100% what I would hope for in when employing an outside service. His name was Jerry

Installation went OK. Humidifier worked well. When summer months came our A/C was not working. I contacted Sal's because they were the last contractor to work on the furnace. Explained the problem and advised that the installer had wires hanging out and requested that they come out and make sure that it was installed correctly. They said they would come out to check work and if it was not their problem I would be charged a service call. Again I stated that they were the last ones to be in the "guts" of the furnace and requested that they verify the work. Their reply was they would charge us a service call if they did not make a mistake. The dispatcher advised that an installation of the Aprilaire had nothing to do with the A/C. Again I advised him that the installer had wires hanging out of the furnace. It was only 3-4 months since it was installed and believed they could have sent someone out for good customer relations. After all, who checks to see if the A/C is working in January, in Cleveland none the less. My wife finally spoke to Sal and he agreed as a gesture of good customer relations he would send someone out and waive the service call. The technician came out the next day and found a wire disconnected to the A/C. Once reconnected the A/C worked just fine. The frustrating phone calls could have all been avoided if they would have send someone out to evaluate their work, not fix the A/C, from the start.

They were extremely professional, prompt in their arrival, efficient on the job, very accommodating, and did an overall outstanding job. I would hire them again for any future heating cooling or plumbing needs. They were great from start to finish, and did quality work. We have since referred them to two of our friends, who used them for furnace and air conditioning needs, and they both were extremely satisfied with their services.

Service man was professional, solved three problem immediately, and cleaned up after he was. Would use them again.

Very well. The repair guy saw the problem right away (I thought it was something different), he fixed it immediately and was done quickly.

Everything went well - in fact the technician was supposed to charge me a set fee for each valve but replaced both and only charged me for one. Only took about an hour.

The work was completed quickly and the plumbers were professional. The only thing that kept me from giving them an "A" rating was their scheduling procedure, which made you pick a day (not morning or afternoon) for them to come and you would get a call 30 minutes before they come out, so you have to be available all day.

Ok. After additional fees added up to over $1,000

Sal's is always on time and professional.

Very smoothly. Although the water had to be shut off, they quickly changed out the hardware. They were fast and efficient. My shower is great now and no more annoying dip, drip, drip.

Very well. Technician was prompt and professional . Answered any questions I had , and was polite.

Problem returned in 6 weeks. No warrenty was given with this service. No discount offered for them to return. Hired a different plumber.
