The Sal's tech responded quickly and determined that the thermo coupler on our furnace was bad. He explained everything to me. However, they did not have the part and wouldn't get it for two to three days which meant we are without heat. He explained this was due to supply chain problems.

I had a toilet and shut off valve installed. The technician, Arturio was efficient, professional, and courteous. The job was done in a timely manner. After finishing the job, he made sure the area was clean. I am very satisfied with the service. I also used an Angi deal.

Yes.Technnician came to give free service quote. He immediately found and told us that water meter is leaking.

Everything went well. The guy found out igniter broken. He replaced the igniter and the heat was on.

Truly exceptional service is what I have to experience, and now expect, with each service call by a Sal's technician. This most recent call by Alphonso was no exception --- which is to say that his was the same exceptional service typical of Sal's as compared to normal service companies today. Thank you, Sal's generally (and Alphonso particularly), for caring for our furnace and a/c systems as though they were your own.

Great service! Called them early afternoon and Kevin arrived around 4:15pm. Furnace working perfectly now!

Technician came out to perform a furnace clean and maintenance. I received a text notification about 20 minutes prior to his arrival - including his name and picture. He spent about an hour cleaning and taking furnace performance measurement, provided pictures of the "before" and "after" , and emailed me to them for my records. About 3 hours after he left - around 7 pm, I noticed that the furnace was blowing cold air only and not heating. I called the main number and reported the issue. Since it was after normal hours on a cold night, they weren't sure how soon a tech might arrive. Around 1 AM, a tech called and said they were about 20 minutes away - conriemed by a text with tech name and picture. The tech immediately diagnosed the issue and found a wiring harness that had been displaced during the intial reassembly. 10 minutes later - problem resolved.

The response time was quick considering this was not an emergency. Communication was excellent, request for mask was honored, shoe covers were worn. The technician, Edward, was efficient, explained things well, answered all of my questions and made some good suggestions. I will not hesitate to use Sal's again and recommend them to others.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Go to youtube and do it yourself. $383.00 in labor for them to install a heating element that I PURCHASED. Wired it wrong, popped the house breakers and broke the 20 amp breaker to the water heater. (They are going to home depot to buy a breaker now) Spilled 5 gallons of water on my floor, Called customer service and no help whatsoever. The reason I used a professional company was so that I didn't pop and break the breakers and get my floor wet. DO NOT USE.

Kevin and Sam fixed a high pitch noise that was coming from our humidifier that was previously installed. Both were able to diagnose the problem and provide a solution. Both gentlemen were extremely knowledgeable.

Jesse explained what he was doing and proceeded to remove beautiful oak’s tree roots from the sewer drain causing the water backup into the basement. The motorized cutting tool to clear the drain all the way to the street was impressive.

The job was done perfectly, as I come to expect from Sal's. Over the years I have had a furnace, central air, and a water heater installed , along with a garbage disposal unit. All services were done professionally. Our service technician was Cameron Jenkins, and I want to thank Sal's & his fine employees for consistently exceeding expectations!!

We had our annual check up on our furnace system which was done by Kyle. He was very thorough and professional. We love our furnace system and very pleased with the service we receive.

Everything went great. They stayed later than planned to get it all done in one day instead of two.

Sal's Heating was very responsive to my need to have a new water heater installed. I purchased an Angi's list deal for $942 for a new water heater and total cost was $1,500 with permit fees and code updates included. Just an FYI for those claiming a deal and the potential difference in price with extras included.

It was a difficult job. The technicians were thorough and knowledgeable. They were also very pleasant and kind.

Excellent. Al arrived as expected. Very thorough inspection and cleaning of the entire furnace area. Please send him in the future annual clean/checks.

The installation went very well. Gino and Al P were the service technicians and they were both friendly, prompt, professional, informative, patient with instructions, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. As in the past I've been pleased with all my experiences @ Sal's, from the office staff to the technicians. Gino and Al P are an asset to your company.

Needed a new capacitor. Price seemed reasonable. I am placing my trust with Sal’s. So far not disappointed…

Technician arrived on time after a call ahead notice. Explained everything he was planning to do, explained as he went along and answered all my questions. I had a Groupon for the service, easy to redeem and schedule

All went well with the technician. Ed was prompt, professional, and courteous. The only overall problem was that I was expecting to get two faucet leaks repaired as part of my work and didn’t find out until the technician arrived that repairs are not done to faucets, only replacement. Had I known ahead of time, I would have ordered the replacements since I have warranties and scheduled service afterwards.

Tony did a fantastic job. Efficient in getting it done. Spent time after, discussing ways to keep the sludge down in the future.
