I scheduled the appointment and they were there the next day. Showed up promptly on time with two technicians. Were able to replace the outdoor spigot and shut off valve in under an hour. Gave advice on how to maintain and cleaned up all of the debris/old spigot without asking. Were very pleasant over the phone and during the visit. I was able to come home at lunch and not miss any time at work. Great service. Would recommend and definitely use again.

Scheduling was the only challenge, we purchased through Angie's list and gave approximate dates and times that would work for us. Apparently the two systems don't talk to each other and we received a message from Sals to call instead, the gentleman on the phone was probably the least polite person I've ever talked to, I almost cancelled, but

Well, there isn't much to say, they showed up on time, they went down into my basement installed the humidifier which took about an hour, but I will say this, they were very professional and nice, after everything was done, they explained to me how everything worked

They replaced the faucet and it works great now! They had the faucet with them so it did not take long to replace. Very nice and professional, would recommend!

I purchased the deal on Angie's list. The service tech arrived on time and spent approximately 4 hours installing and testing the unit and sensor. He explained the unit and answered questions about maintaining the system. I was happy with the service and would recommend the company.

Bought through Angie's list big deal at an amazing price. They were great and fast. Gave me a higher BTU unit for the same price.

Both gentlemen were on time, actually early for the appointment but called before coming.  They took great care covering their shoes with shoe covers. They worked quickly and cleanly and finished in about a half hour.  I would use this company again.

Cleaned furnace said all was fine when they left at 5:00 PM, next morning furnace was not working, it was a Sat.  Contacted Sal's they did send someone out that day.  Charged me $85 for coming out on a Sat.  Didn't matter that they were there the day before to clean furnace & we had absolutely no problems before they came.  Said there was a bit of debris on one of the vacuum lines to a pressure sensor.

Called the office on Monday to speak to a manager, was advised they were all in meetings & would call back.  No return call.  Followed up later in the week, still no return call.

Great!  Service Tech was prompt, friendly and very professional.  He and his partner worked quickly and quietly!

The crews were experienced and new what they were doing.  They were conscientious about their work.

Tech was on time. Friendly and professional. Checked house from top to bottom. And made repairs and adjustments accordingly. Gave suggestions on how to conserve water. The additional cost was for parts replaced during service visit and was very reasonable. Will definitely be using their service again.

When I called the company and with my specific water heater model, they are unable to honor the deal for me.  If they were to do the work it would have double the price. They were very polite on the phone and explained the details to me.

I purchased a coupon for this service through Angie's list. Sal's came the next day and completed the installation and also alerted us to the fact that our chimney liner was crumbling and therefore not allowing our furnace to function properly.

Sal's sent two plumbers out.   They were on-time and professional.  We had a short list of items to do in addition to the hydrojet special we bought through Angie's List.  They were effective with their time keeping the cost to a minimum and were helpful in describing the work they were doing and the issues we were having.

They were prompt and the toilet functions well. However it was set crooked into the floor so that the tank is obviously not parellel to the wall. They came out a second time to try and straighten it and it still was not much better. Still crooked. Though they did come back but the attention to detail was not there. It's not worth waiting again for a 3rd service call when it should have been a simple installation.

The service man forgot to turn the gas back on so I had no heat a few days later when it  became cold.  He came out in a reasonable amount of time to correct the mistake.  He said it was the first time in 13 years that he made that mistake.  They have 
 been very cooperative in the past to correct any problem so I will have them again.

We experienced washer and toilet water coming up though a drain in the basement. I went on Angie's list and noticed to my surprise a deal from Sal's for the solution to that very problem for $99.00 that was good for an hour of drain cleaning. It was good for during regular business so we called on Monday. They came out in the afternoon around 3pm and like Santa Claus, went straight to their work.

In less than an hour, they eliminated the guilty roots from the sanitary drain pipe and cleaned up the area for the price of the coupon.

They could have said they needed scope it to see the problem and water jet the pipes for much more $$.  Instead, they built good will with me by fixing the problem at a very reasonable cost.

Went well, but developed a bothersome noise.  They promptly came out again and cleared the problem.  Very much appreciated.

Demetrie arrived right on time,was very personable,efficient,and professional which was something I was not used to until I joined Angie's List this past year. I would highly recommend Sal's Heating and Cooling to anyone.

Sal?s technicians arrived at the promised time. They took care
to cover our hardwood flooring with cloths to prevent damage. The guys were
very polite and paid attention to detail with one exception which I will explain
later. Since we had no real idea of how long this process would take we were
pleased that they were able to replace the furnace in a work day?s time. The
employees removed all debris from the work area and left the area in very good
shape. The new unit that replaced the old one is much quieter and does a very
good job of heating our home. The work was well done and we think we received a
reasonable value. The one problem was one that I did not notice until the next
morning. There were a pair of depressions in our hardwood floor. Perhaps the
dolly/cart used to transport the furnace sidestepped the floor covering and
scraped our floor. I cannot say with one hundred percent certainty how the
damage occurred since I did not watch the technicians every second of the
replacement process. I do know with certainty that the damage was not there
before the installation process. Overall I am pleased with the service and would
recommend the company with one caveat. It would be in the homeowner?s best
interest to watch carefully how the work is done.  I will in the future more closely observe all steps
of the work performed when it comes to anything done by outside service
providers in my home.
