Billy and Ryan were punctual and worked quickly and efficiently to complete the job. They shut off the gas meter, cut, ran and capped the pipe so we may now get a gas range. The quote they gave us was the price we were charged. I will definitely continue to use Sal's. This is the 3rd job they have done for us and we are totally satisfied with their work.

Sal's did a great job. They installed our whole-house humidifier. They were efficient, knowledgeable and cleaned up when the job was done. I will be hiring them again to stub out a line for a gas stove.

Shower drain went well. The kitchen island vent replacement went well. But I had to call him back about the snaking of the kitchen island drain system shaking. He wanted more $ to snake it again, which I would not pay for. Not happy about that outcome.

Sal responded promptly to my inquiry placed via the Angie’s List application. Issue started Saturday. A tech was out to assess our needs by Monday. Installation occurred Wednesday. Install crew worked quickly and verify ed that everything was working prior to leaving. Install crew also cleaned up theIr mess.

I claimed a deal from Sal's Heating and Cooling. Al Peterson arrived on time. He was careful to protect my carpet. He got right to work and when it was done he explained all about how to work it. He was easy to understand and made everything very clear. He was professional and friendly. I would hire this company again.

We purchased the coupon from Angie's list to have our disposal replaced. Scheduling was easy and the technician showed up on time. He removed the old disposal and installed the replacement. The problem was that when he was hooking the disposal up to the dishwasher hose he did not remove the plug in the disposal that allows the hose to drain in. The next morning when we tried the dishwasher we got an error code and eventually traced it back to this problem. We contacted Sal's - they were unable to send someone over the weekend (we discovered the problem Saturday morning). Someone did finally come Monday and fix it, but overall it was quite a bit more hassle than we expected for a pretty straightforward job. While the company was apologetic they did not offer anything else for our inconvenience.

The coupon made this a bargain and the service was professional and prompt.

Sal's was punctual and efficient in the installation. Scheduled conveniently and showed up on time. Installer was friendly and professional. While we needed additional parts not anticipated, the overall job was completed quickly as others brought the needed parts so the job could be done.

Good service, very fair pricing. The service technician was very professional, contacted me 45 minutes in advance of his arrival to let me know the exact time I should expect him, and was quiet, friendly, and courteous. I first used this company through an Angie's List special coupon and was pleased. When my former heating and cooling company closed due to the owner's retirement, I decided to use Sal's from here on.

Job completed quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up when they were done.

Expensive but excellent work. Ask for your copper before they leave with it and maybe get a few dollars for the scrap. They won't ask you. You have to tell them to leave it for you.

Initially I had Sal's come out (12/7/17) to fix my Aprilaire humidifier, the technician Phil was on time and a complete professional. He took to the time to not only fix my humidifier, but also completely go over my furnace and make sure it was in order for this cold winter. He explained everything he saw that was wrong and did additional work to fix the furnace. I was so pleased that I had another technician come out (12/22/17) and install a hot/cold outdoor frost free faucet. The technician Jerry was again completely professional and extremely particular about his work. I am very pleased with Sal's and plan to use their services again. I am a bit of a perfectionist and their technicians are also; I thoroughly enjoyed my experience.

Very quickly the technician found the reason for the problem and it was something I was able to correct myself the same day. Problem solved and money saved!

It went fair. They installed the tank and left. After I noticed a leak in one of the saddle valves which they should have noticed, I called them and they came back right away & fixed it. They also re hooked up a saddle valve for my humidifier incorrectly. The valve never pierced the hot water pipe like it should have. They came back on a separate occasion & found out the problem. They wanted to charge me $179 or 189 to fix it. It worked before they touched it and I feel they did not properly reinstall it. There should not have been a charge to remedy the situation. I talked to a supervisor and he was worthless in that he wanted to charge me. I finally had a call from Joe the parts manager & explained the situation to him. He agreed to fix it without charging me. That is the only reason I would consider using Sal's Heating & Cooling again. They did have the best price on the install of a gas water heater.

They were very nice and caring. Cleaned up nicely when they were done. I'm very pleased.

First, they were very difficult to schedule with. They would not tell me whether I would be in the morning or afternoon - I had to take the whole day off work even though they did not come until 4:30, because they would not give me even a ballpark time frame. When they arrived, they could not do the work for a reason which was not listed in the deal terms, so this was a huge waste of time and effort.

We had a toilet repaired, plumbing connected to a new vanity sink, and kitchen faucet installed, and an outdoor spigot replaced. What initially was to be a simple replacement and upgrade of the basement floor drain turned into a very big job when Tony discovered that the lines under the floor were disconnected, and my washer and kitchen sink had been draining under the floor. Since he had to dig up parts of the floor anyway, I had a backflow valve installed at the same time. I had them back out to do the plumbing for a new dishwasher, which could not go next to the sink because the cabinets are too shallow (they're old.) We usually ask for Tony, but every plumber they've sent has been great.

Once they arrived, the installation location was determined and work performed well. A morning appointment was requested, but the installer did not arrive until after 1:00 due to another job.

Service was scheduled quickly (day after calling). Tech was on time. He explained options and cost of replacing faucet vs. repairing. Tech did a very good job / he was very experienced and professional. Faucet works great now and there are no leaks. Very happy with the work that was done. However, I was disappointed in the cost of the job - $204. That was my only disappointment but it is an important one.

It turned out to be a simple fix and the technician used the extra time to check out the system fully. He also looked up my furnace and told me that due to some issues with the model I have, I'm eligible for a rebate from Carrier when I replace the unit.

extremely well. Problem arose on a Saturday night. Called my regular furnace/ac people and was told they wouldn't be able to do anything for me till next day and I was lucky that it wasn't to cold out that eve(20's). Anyway called Sal's at 3:00pm and was told they put me on schedule for that day. Received a call at around 7pm and was told a tech would be at my house at 8pm. Arrived on time and started on my furnace. Anyway a bird somehow had gotten in my furnace and was stopping contacts from initiating furnace cycle. Anyway was fixed and tested. Very professional and thorough. Received a follow up call on Monday to see if everything was alright.

The two guys from Sal's were better than I thought,, from the time they were here until they finished the job. Were neat,professional,answered all our questions and concerns,cleaned everything up and were a real pleasure to work with. We'll definitely use them again when the need arises.

Went alright, but the guy who came to the house was hitting on me the entire time that i felt so uncomfortable i went to my neighbors house and also complained to his boss.
