They were very professional and reasonably priced. I happened to like their advertising. They gave me specific readings of carbon monoxide.

They do good work, a little pricey though.

I have used Lisco since 1979 for heating and air conditioning problems and maintenance. They have always been prompt, professional, polite, and informative. When looking for a new AC unit, Lisco was competitive with the other quotes. Because I've always had a positive experience with Lisco, I purchased the AC unit from them. I would highly recommend.

They were very responsive and friendly. They followed up well and answered my questions. They always got back to me which was unusual for today. The 2 guys who came were very professional and told me what they were doing and were exceptional.

They showed up on time and installed the water heater in a timely manner. Both men were very nice and professional.

Well, I met with Tom Tenhagen and we went over what all needed to be done. He was extremely helpful, and great to work with. He had a quote together very quickly for me. They offered 12 month financing, which really helped out. On the day of the installation, Chris and T.J. showed up right on time and got straight to work. They were great. They were polite and even took the time to play with our dogs a little bit. They got us all set up in one day, and kept the job site clean and organized the entire day. I couldn't have asked for a better crew to be in my home. Tom stopped in mid-day to make sure everything thing on track and to be sure I was happy with the work being done. They were a pleasure to work with from start until finish, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. I plan on having them back out next year to replace my hot water tank too. Bottom line, Tom Tenhagen, Chris, T.J. and everyone else, were great.

ALLEN CALLED TO SAY HE WAS COMING OVER. CHECKED AC IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND ANSWERED ALL MY HEATING AND COOLING QUESTIONS. LISCO INSTALLED A NEW CARRIER AC FOR US 2 YEARS AGO AND WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE TECHNICIAN AND THE INSTALLATION. WE'VE USED THIS COMPANY FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND ALL THE SERVICE MEN ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND SEEM TO DO A GOOD JOB.

THE TECHNICIAN CLEANED, INSPECTED, AND TESTED BOTH SYSTEMS AND ALSO REPLACED FILTERS. THE TWO CARRIER FURNACE SYSTEMS WERE ORIGINALLY INSTALLED BY LISCO HEATING and COOLING IN AUGUST 1999. WE HAVE HAD SEVERAL DIFFERENT SERVICE TECHNICIANS FROM LISCO SERVICE OUR FURNACE SYSTEMS OVER THE LAST 4 YEARS AND EACH ONE HAS DONE A VERY GOOD JOB. THE WORK IS COMPLETED ON TIME IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. THEY ALSO TAKE THE TIME TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE SYSTEM OPERATION AND PROVIDE ADVICE TO OPTIMIZE ITS USE.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WHEN I DID HAVE A COMPLAINT THEY TRIED TO ADDRESS IT EVEN THOUGH IT WASN'T A BIG DEAL.
