Description of Work: I have a flat roof which was leaking. Mike said it could be sealed using a particular sealant which is expensive but a lot cheaper than a new roof. The asphalt previously used actually deteriorated the rubber roof. I appreciate the work they did and will use them again :)

Description of Work: We had our roof redone. Old shingles removed, new roof and soffit vents installed, and 2 skylights removed and shingled over. The workers were prompt, polite, explained what had to be done, and did a thorough job cleaning up. Would definitely recommend them. The roof looks great, and so far our leak problem is solved.

Mike was on time and courteous. He was able to schedule the job right away and they were able to complete the entire job in one day. Our house is on the market and prior to the job my husband checked with Mike to make sure no damage would be done to our landscaping - we had just spend several hundred dollars on it. When the roof was finished and the tarps came down, our entire front flower bed was flattened. Our weeping cherry tree was burnt, our rhododendron was broken, our hostas and lilies and impatiens were crushed. Not a great look for a house that's for sale. Mike said there was nothing he could do about it. He did end up giving us a $100 discount, but that doesn't go very far when replacing plants, nor does it cover our time and labor. We were very disappointed in his unprofessional reaction to us being displeased. We also noticed after his crew left that a portion of our siding had been damaged and part of our spouting broken.

We told the customer up front as we always do, Once every 40 years when you do a 2 layer tear off of a roof the materials have to be dropped to the ground and all we can do is cover the flower beds with tarps. The steeper the roof, the more difficult it is to protect the ground cover. We agreed on the 100.00 discount. They came up with that figure.

Mike came out and said that they would have to replace the panels that were damaged. His men replaced 10 panels of siding and even though the original vinyl siding was done 19 years ago, you can hardly tell that part of the siding was replaced. Mike did a good job matching the original siding. His men also reused panels for some of the smaller areas that were damaged. They did an excellent job.
Description of Work: My grandsons shot air guns outside and put numerous holes in the vinyl siding all around the house. I had this company come out to see if they could repair the damage so that I wouldn't have to redo all the siding.

We had a windstorm and another patch of my roof came off. This has happened before, so I was worried I'd need a whole roof. Something wasn't right because I lose shingles every time there's a windstorm. I called All Weather Roofers and they were at the house within HOURS on the same day. I was very impressed with their responsiveness. The salesperson inspected the entire roof, explained why I was losing so many shingles and then answered all my questions. The next morning they came out with a crew of 4 and completed the work within 2 hours.
Description of Work: Roof repair. They replaced some shingles that had blown off, nailed down ridge shingles and tarred some other areas that looked questionable.

Excellent - professional. Explained what needed to be done and explained what was done.
Description of Work: Roof leak occurred on 10/05/07. I called the owner on Saturday and he came out Sunday afternoon, made the estimate and repaired the roof on 10/09/07. Originally I called the roofer who installed the new roof over the old roof in June 2004. The dispatcher said that they would not send out an inspector/estimator until 10/08/07.
