My daughter bought a home that needed the roof replaced. About 3 layers of shingles on it in bad condition. I called and talked to Ryan who was very professional and very polite. We could not meet him but he went to the home and gave me an estimate very quickly. There were some issues with the closing of the property and money had to be put in escrow but Ryan and Mike worked with my daughter, myself and the mortgage lender to make sure everything would work out and the job could get done. This took several weeks but they were very patient and very helpful through the entire process. The job was done in one day and looks great but more importantly it passed the inspection! Their pricing was the best and I was kind of nervous but they are insured and they pay into Workers Comp. They are a great company to work with and you will not be disappointed if you choose them. Plus the price could not be beat!!

I submitted a request for an estimate late on Wednesday night. 1st thing Thursday morning Ryan called me and said he could provide an estimate at 11:30am. He arrived right on time, discussed the work and said if I wanted they could get the work done that afternoon! Mike, the roofer with 20 plus years experience came in that afternoon and completed the repair. What a pleasure to do business with a professional, time sensitive company that cares about it customers. Needless to say, if my friends or I need any roofing work we are definitely going to call All Weather Roofing!!!

Mike came out to give us an estimate ablution 2 hours after we called. He sent a roofer out in the afternoon to do the repair. He was very professional and told us exactly what he was going to do. We were extremely satisfied. We will call them when the roof needs replacing.

Mike responded to my call within a couple of hours and quickly assessed the problem. Repair was made a few days later in cold weather with snow on the roof. Excellent job. Will use again.

I wrote the review on 9/8/2018. At the time I was satisfied but I am still waiting for a paid receipt for the work performed. The owner was on site helping with the job at the beginning but disappeared an hour before the job was finished. I gave one of the workers my check for the repair and was told that the owners son would come by later with the receipt. A few minutes later I was told that it was going to me mailed to me. I didn't receive the receipt by 9/24/2018 so I called the son again and was told he had to talk to his father the owner and would bring it by or email it to me. Well its 10/23/2018 and I still don't have a receipt. They were very prompt to cash my check. Surprise ! Surprise !! So if you want a receipt from these guys make sure you nail them down before the disappear.

The crew showed up on time. They were very courteous and friendly. They removed the old shingles and replaced a section of the wood. They put paper down, shingled and they were done in 2 1/2 hours. The shed is a barn style 12 x 14.

Mike had done a great job on my garage for a reasonable price last year. So I called him to do the house roof and the experience was similarly excellent. Mike said materials had gone up since the estimate last year, but he offered to split the difference. We scheduled the work, which again occurred while I was not home, which was great. Got a call from Mike the morning of the job and he was a bit distressed. He mentioned that a previous owner had done the roof in an illegal way and even provided a picture. I don't know anything about roofs, but it defintely seemed odd the way there was exposed insulation with gaps under what had been a couple layers of roof. Mike offered to do the extra work for $2000 more, depending upon material costs. This was still cheaper than another estimate I had gotten, so I OK'd the work. After Mike procured the extra materials he said he was able to save me $600 off that increase. Looking at this from the outside, it might seem kind of shady. But I mentioned what happened to a couple people that know a bit more and they agreed it was legit. Plus Mike's excellent work on my garage spoke for itself. So the work ended up taking an extra day, and on the 2nd day the crew did a good job cleaning up. They did forget to remove the antenna from my house, but Mike sent a guy to do that the next day. All in all, you really cannot ask more from a contractor. Mike said he was basically doing the work at cost with the curveball from the previous owners, and I believe it. So the least I can do is recommend All Weather for other people that want their roof done right for a reasonable price.

This company provided prompt service for replacing my two leaking flat roofs. They installed artificial rubber sheets (EPDM rubber) on both roofs (440 square feet and 220 square feet). The quality of the work appears excellent, the workers were professional and courteous. The result is an attractive roof that doesn't leak.

Super and after three years I still have no leaks and no ice damning again after the repairs Mike and his crew did for us!

Both Mike and Ryan were courteous, professional, and always available whenever I had questions. We actually had the quote in October 2017 and when I decided to install the new roof in 2018, they still gave us the same price. The crew was also professional and friendly. I will recommend to anyone with roofing work.

He was scheduled to come sometime after noon. He didn't call or give me any notice so I left my home around 5. I had specifically mentioned that I wanted to be present when he did the job, but in the morning I heard a message on my machine from 5:15 (I had already left my home by this point) that he claimed he was 45 minutes away. He says he came and did the job but none of my neighbors saw him. He didn't even toss down the branch that was laying on my roof. When I mentioned the branch to him he responded rather rudely and only seemed concerned that he would get his money, not whether I was satisfied with his work. I'm unhappy with the fact that I wasn't given any notice earlier in the day as to when he would arrive.

They did a great job. Had three people, so project went by fast. No mess left behind either. They came out ahead of time to see what kind of shingles we had so they could match what we had.

Simple solution. Fixed it in a matter of 30 minutes.

Very timely. Came out on a Sunday because of a break in the weather.

Mike called within one hour of my call for service. He came out the same day. He was courteous and professional. He showed us the leak was from an ice dam that was created because of the prolonged below freezing weather. Since it was to warm up the next day, he honestly told us that it would melt and we could save money if he did not go up there and shovel the snow off. He did suggest we put another gutter down that roof in the spring, so this does not happen again.I appreciate his expertise and am glad he did not charge us for a service that would solve itself. We will use him for the gutter in the spring and refer him to all our friends. Thank you for the help!

The main job was completed in one afternoon that featured a rain shower about 4pm. The crew returned the next morning to finish replacing shingles damaged by the fallen tree's branches and troubleshoot the unrelated window frame leak. In the six weeks since All Weather Roofing & Siding's work, we've had lots of rain, wind, and two heavy snows - everything is tight because they fixed it right! Ryan Detzel was great to work with. He understands service, customer satisfaction and the importance of All Weather's reputation. They'll be my 1st call when we need a complete re-roof in 7-10 years.

It could not have gone better. Mike, the estimator, gave us a good price and his company did a fabulous job. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I am very satisfied, would recommend them, and would use them again.
