I contacted All Weather Roofing after I received other estimates different companies. They came out to take a look at my rental property roofing and stated that the roof just need some missing shingles and also to reseal the flashing. And also that it probably need a little more cosmetic work. I asked if the roof is sturdy, and they told me that an elephant stand on it and that its fine. They came out and did a very good job. They were very courteous, professional, and efficient. I'm overall pleased with their service.

i contacted several roofing companies and mike's estimate is the lowest. i was a bit hesitant to go with the lowest bit but as it turns out to be a good choice. Mike's crew were punctual and professional. the roof was done in 2 days due to weather. 3 months later, i found out a few shingles not bounding tightly. i called mike and he sent someone to fix the shingle the second day. no questions. a decent man with a decent attitude means good business!

All Weather Roofing did an excellent job from start to finish. Mike (the owner) returned all my calls promptly and checked on job site several times during the re-roofing process. His crew were all very polite and took special care not to damage any of my landscaping. while doing an outstanding job. Was on time as promised, checked on work in progress several times. Very cooperative. Crew was very nice and on time, finished in timely manner and went over and above to clean up after themselves as they knew I had grandchildren who needed to be safe.

The way I understood how All Weather Roofing & Siding is going to do it is that when the sun room was added on, they should have added a rubber layer and that was not done. I guess that is why it is leaking and that is what he is going to do. I don't want this part of the roof to be black because it won't match the rest of the house, but they say that original product isn't available any more. He seems to be experienced. My nephew is a roofer and he confirms that this is what his company does when they're going to put a roof on with valleys. The rubber layer goes underneath the finished product so it is not visible. Then there will be shingles over this layer.

The 3rd story roof was leaking quite badly, and I expected that it would need a total tear-off and replacement, a very expensive ($8-10K) proposition. A couple of roofing companies had looked at it and said it was too high and steep (non-standard) for them to handle. Mike (owner) from All Weather said they could handle it, and after inspecting the roof suggested that it could be effectively repaired rather than replaced at considerable cost savings. They started the work in late October, but then a period of heavy rain stopped them after the first day. (This was when the big storms associated with Hurricane Sandy hit the area). The storm actually took off a lot more shingles than had previously been missing. As soon as the bad weather abated, the crew came back and finished the job on November 2. We then had a few weeks of dry weather, so I couldn't really tell if it was completely sealed. When we did get some rain, I checked and there were a couple of small leaks remaining. I called and 2 days later, they came back and spent another several hours fixing the remaining leaks at no additional charge. (Since then it has rained some more -- and no leaks!)

Owner was very knowledgeable, straight forward and no-nonsense. Price was at the low end of most estimates we received for this work. Response to phone my messages was quick; estimate was accurate and work was completed faster than expected. its 6 months later we have had no problem with the work perform. I would highly recommend this contractor and use them again myself if needed for any roof or siding work.

Mike responded very quickly to my request for a quote. His crew completed the task within a week of my initial request. They replaced several missing shingles and also took the time to reseal several exhaust stacks. I am very happy with this company.

I had leaky roof all weekend and out of several companies he was only one called me on weekend with potential solution and that he would be out MOnday afternoon due to other jobs, we used another company to tarp since leaking so bad and needed first company to come back out but when weather clears we will definitely be calling him to fix the area. He was one of the few companies that didnt push whole roof and isnurance company and appreciate it that he addressed our needs.

He didn't even get up on my roof. He assumed all of this information without even taking a look. He offered me a good deal, but after talking with another roofing company, a lot of what he told me didn't make sense. Other roofers told me that just putting on new shingles wouldn't solve my problem. I'm willing to pay a little more in order to have my roof last longer. He just wasn't very thorough, and it seems like he hasn't been doing his homework. He wants to offer a low rate and hope that entices people, but they're going to just have to have it redone because it wasn't done properly in the first place.

Very pleased with All Weather Roofing. Mike Detzel was great to work with. Scheduling was easy, workers arrived each day on time as scheduled, and were very pleasant. Work was completed on time, clean up was done thoroughly. We have had the roof for 2 years now with NO complaints! We love it and they made the whole process as easy as possible!

This company is fantastic! They came when they said they would, did a phone quote while on site and made the repairs the same day. Although we didn't have any extra shingles for them to use, they perfectly matched the existing shingles with ones they found and the roof is now flawless! They even left us an extra 4 shingles in case we ever need another repair. After calling a half dozen Angie's list roofers who never came out, we used a local coupon advertisement to contract with them. They came right away and were terrific!

I could not be more pleased with Mike and his crew. They work hard and clean up amazingly well. Had great suggestions and the roof looks great. From the time I originally called until the roof was completed was less than a week. The work itself was completed in one day for the most part with only a couple of hours the next day to install vents.I didn't pay a penny more than the original estimate. No extras, no bull, great service.I would recommend All Weather Roofers highly.

Mike Detzel, the owner, personally came out to give us the estimate. He was here within a couple of days after we called and did a thorough inspection of the roof. The price was very good based on other quotes we received and the work was done within two weeks. The crew was very professional and the quality, workmanship and clean up were excellent. Mike walked us around the house to inspect the work prior to final payment. He asked us if we had any questions and told us to call him if any problems arise. We are very pleased with our roof and would definitely use him again.

The job went very well. It was done in no time; it was done within an hour. I would definitely recommend them. Mike is the owner and he came out to do the estimate. He told me that he wouldn't be coming out to do the work but he told me who would be coming. He said that he had a guy that had worked for him for 6 years and he would do a good job; he did just that. I was happy with it. Their price was competitive. The quality was good because the roof is not leaking. I would definitely use them again.

They did work for me in the last spring as well. They came out and gave me a quote and they had the work done within two weeks. Their price was pretty good based on the other prices that I got. The quality and workmanship seemed to be good. The clean up was very good. I didn’t even know that they were there. I had a very positive experience with them. Mike Detzel and All Weather Roofing and Siding were a pleasure to deal with when our roof needed replacing, and some siding needed replacing. They were quick to respond to my call and come out to give us an estimate, and they always showed up on time. The work was done sooner than estimated, and it looks like a quality job.
