Phone call to set up job was polite, quick, easy.  Three guys arrived the next day as scheduled and took care of everything from various parts of the house. They were considerate to separate things that could be donated and things that were just trash.  Very satisfied and we will likely be using them again since Shaker Heights won't take bulk trash.   Used Angie's list special offer that saved us $55 off cost.

Don't have anybody there that may have a sentimental attachment to what is going into the back of the truck. They break everything on purpose to ensure that they can fit the most junk in the back giving you the best bang for the buck!

Unfortunately they were unable to keep the first appointment due to double scheduling of appointments and were running a couple of hours behind.  I was not happy about it and let them know it.  Five minutes after that conversation the owner called and apologized to me.  We rescheduled and he offered to haul away as many items as I wanted to get rid of at no additional cost.  They came on the rescheduled date and took everything away.  The were efficient, professional and polite.  I will use them again.

The experience was GREAT ! The two man crew was prompt, courteous and worked expertly to remove various items from 3 levels of floors in my home. The crew moved very quickly which greatly reduced my opportunity to "change my mind" about the items I had identified for removal. They left all areas neat and orderly. I especially appreciated their effort in moving items from multi-levels in the home...which eliminated a major headache for me! I plan to use Ohio Junk Force in the future.

Came and pulled out a carpet and deteriorated padding. Disposed of some miscellaneous junk and cleaned up afterward. Were prompt, professional, and courteous. Having struggled with removing a carpet on my own in the past, I felt this was worth the price

This company is wonderful! I called them on a Tuesday to ask if they were available to haul away some debris from my yard. To my surprise I was able to schedule them for the next day. They also provided me a price estimate.
The following morning they were right on time. The two gentlemen who showed up were so polite and friendly and reassured me that they could take care of my problem without any trouble at all. I was worried because the bricks were concrete and quite heavy. When they looked over the job to see what was involved, they actually knocked more than $50 off my estimate! I was so pleased and surprised.
They went to work right away and completed the work very quickly. This problem was really weighing on my mind and they really helped me. I wish all service providers were like this! It was completely painless. I'm going to call them again when we finally get rid of our deck.

The Junk Force team was on time and on budget, gave us a est of the addtional items we needed to dispose of an it was very resonable. Good job.

This was the third or fourth time we've used this company in the past year, the result of our doing a whole house remodel. We take advantage of their online coupons and pay whatever the additional charge is based on how much stuff we have for them to load & haul away. Every single time, their service is perfect, from calling to set up the appointment to waving goodbye as the truck leaves. We appreciate that after they get everything loaded, they sweep up our driveway so you'd never know there was a huge mess of junk there. The two guys who come with the truck, no matter who they are, are always cheerful, courteous and professional. They work quickly and nonstop until the job is done. This is just a fantastic company.

They did a great job - very efficient and professional. They were on time and called ahead (which is expected but for some reason not everyone does it). It probably took less than 15 minutes once they arrived.

I purchased a big deal from them.  I was very satisfied with them.  They were very helpful and polite.  They were very good.  They hauled away a bunch of stuff for me and they couldn't have gotten rid of it any other way.  They had a big struck.  They were very nice.  I won't hesitant to recommend them to anybody.  I thought they were very good.  The price was good and I assume it was cheaper than anybody else.  They were on Angie's List so we got the special deal and that is something that we get every day.  We didn't price it or anything but I found it to be a very reasonable price.  My experience with them was very good.

They were on time, actually early and waited for me to get home. Had a nice conversation with them as they took care of business.

My 81 year old mother was moving out of the home she had lived in for about 50 years.  We had tons of junk in the basement and attic and bags of junk tied up and stacked in one of the bedrooms.  My mother was very concerned about how she was going to clear everything out.  I went on Angie's List and read the reviews for Junk Force.  They were great, so I hired them.  They were to take away 15 cubic yards.  Henry and Lance were the men who arrived at our door.  They were on time, courtious and were eager to take care of everything we needed done.  I never expected that they could handle everything, but they kept saying "no problem" and "What else would you like done?  I was amazed at their super good attitude and the speed at which they worked.  They crushed things to make more room and emptied our entire basement and attic, and took away at least 25 large trash bags from the bedroom.  They swept up afterward and even took out an old picnic table and benches from the garage.  I cannot say enough for them.  I would hire them again in a minute!

I had no problems with them. They showed up on time and took care of everything. There was no mess, no scratching, and no fuss. They just took care of it. They are dependable and efficient.
