Put everything in a pile.  They called, setup an appointment, arrived on a time.  Courteous, professional.  Process took ten minutes!  Worth every penny.  I would definitely use them again.

Two guys showed up in a well marked truck near the beginning of the time window we were assigned (9am-noon).  Our driveway is narrow and angled, but one worker got out and directed the other so that they didn't drive into the flower beds lining the driveway.  They were polite and double-checked which items we wanted disposed of, and even took extra waste that we had forgotten about until they arrived.  It took them about half an hour to load the pile of junk and clean up; they worked steadily and with care.  Unfortunately the truck was having transmission trouble, but they called their manager when they arrived and he showed up just as they finished loading.  Together they managed to sort the problem out in 10 minutes or so and hauled the junk away.  This is the fourth time I've used Ohio Junk Force in as many years, and they have always delivered cost-effective service and cleaned up well.

The crew called to say they were slightly behind schedule, then gave me a the estimated 30-minute window when they expected to arrive.  They arrived in that timeframe and moved the materials out within 30 minutes.  
I purchased the work through Angie's List, and all they needed was a copy of the purchase agreement I received through the website.  Easy job, no fuss at all.  I would use this company--and use this process again.  It was so easy to do, and the company responded promptly.

After I called to set up an appointment, having purchased a $79 special Angie's List deal, the provider and a partner came by promptly. They called from the road to let us know they were en route. Both workers were very courteous and professional, and immediately got to work dismantling a broken backyard swing and frame, and collecting a fair amount of debris from our garage. They worked efficiently. Afterwards, they swept and cleaned up a big section of our garage where the debris had been, going above and beyond my expectations.

Company made a suitable accommodation after a misunderstanding about the performance time.

I called and received a callback the same day. They quoted me a price of $89 with the $10 coupon.  They gave me a choice of  available days and times.   They said they would come between 11a & 2pm but would call when they were on their way.
They did call before they came and were within the scheduled time.  The 3 most polite young men came.  They each introduced  themselves and got right to work.  The fridge was tough to remove as the stairway is narrow and they also needed to remove the side door of the house in order to fit the fridge.
They were done in no time!  Very polite and nice young men!!  I would absolutely reccomend them and I would use again.

The guys came a little early I showed them what was to be picked up and I mentioned I had some things outside that was left over from a previous project that was no longer needed and they also took that away.  They were very polite and thorough.

I was informed that since decaying firewood was a bit out of the range of stuff they pick up for people, it was going to cost a little extra. It was worth it! The truck is enormous, so it easily handled our very large collection of unwanted wood plus various other objects. The two gentlemen were friendly and professional, and they worked hard for the 40 minutes it took to complete the job. I would definitely hire them again if I need that kind of service in the future.

We demolished an old triple tub set tub and rotted fencing, but had no way to dispose of it. The crew of Henry, Will, and Nathan were very professional and friendly.  They were prompt and made sure everything was removed carefully.  They even swept up both my driveway & basement when the job was done.  Henry made sure I was satisfied with the work. I would highly recommend Ohio Junk Force.

All went very smoothly.  They telephoned the day before to confirm their appointment and then when they were on their way.  They made sure to explain the charge and, in every way, were professional.  I will likely call on them again.

Went REALLY well. The load I had ready for them was larger than the AngiesList promo covered, so they called me and told me about the minor upcharge and hauled it all away, totally cleaned up after themselves too!

I ordered service through an Angie's List promotion and was contacted within 2 days by the company to schedule. The scheduling options provided through Angie's list were actually not accurate, but the availability of the company was better than what Angie's list had suggested so this was a positive. I scheduled for a 8-10AM pick up and at 8:45 the crew called to tell me they were running late and would be over at 11:30.  They showed up at 1:30 but were very apologetic. They offered a discount because of their lateness which was appreciated.  The service was fantastic and the crew was professional and efficient. While I can't give an "A" for punctuality, everything else was great and I would use this service again.
