I called the Thursday before memorial day weekend when we decided last minute to remove our broken hot tub from our deck. We had 50 people coming over on Saturday and were hoping to get the hot tub removed in time, but figured it was a long shot. Spoke with Henry and he said it was no problem. They arrived a bit late due to traffic -- but it didn't impact our schedule at all. 3 guys moved the hottub and literally rolled it off my deck and into their truck. They even swept the deck clean where the hottub was sitting. All three were courteous and friendly -- would absolutely use them again for junk removal that i can't manage on my own.

It was great!  Easy to schedule, the crew called when they were on their way and arrived right on time.  Picked everything up and left the yard very clean.  I was very impressed and would definitely use them again!

I bought the deal on Angie's list and was waiting for their call but after 36 hrs of no contact from them I was concerned and called and left a message. I received a call back within 24 hrs apologizing for the delay in response. He explained that they had been inundated with calls due to the deal. From there on, he very quickly scheduled my appointment and was responsive to my concerns. The guys came punctually at the scheduled time, calling before arriving. They had trouble getting the furniture out due to the size and had to dismantle it. They also helped move another piece that we wanted moved to the end of the driveway. They were very polite and efficient and I would definitely use this service again if needed.

Three guys showed up on time, gave us a very reasonable estimate and provided the service all within a hour.  The guys were extremely nice and very professional.  I would have no hesitation in recommending them to my family and friends

I had to pay an extra $40 for them to haul away everything that I had. With this deal, you don't really know if you're going to be over their allotted amount until after they get there. I was fine paying the extra and they did a good job. I will use them again, probably in the fall.

Henry and his crew picked up over half a truck's worth of junk from my garage and back yard. They were fast, polite, and thorough. They worked extremely hard and swept the garage when they were done. Fantastic job guys.

I called two times before scheduling with questions, and they were easy to talk to and willing to address my issues.  The crew arrived on time.  They were pleasant and ready to work.  One of the items we wanted removed was a non-working treadmill in the basement.  They considered different approaches to getting it up the stairs.  In the end, they had to saw off the top, and they got it out of my basement.  These are good guys--I would hire them again.

I called Junk Force and talked with Henry on 4/22 and explained  we had some old furniture and a very heavy TV that had to be removed as we were moving; I asked how soon they could be there and he said the following morning.  That afternoon Henry called to confirm the appointment, the next morning he called to say they were on their way and gave the estimated arrival time. they were on time and moved the TV and old furniture in less than 25 minutes.  It was a great experience and  would definitely use them again., Henry and Nathan did a fantastic job.

Outstanding service!  Henry called me promptly and was able to give me a terrific estimate for the job.  They were prompt, courteous and extremely efficient.  They said they would be at my house within a 2 hour window and call when they were on the way.  They did just that, and were so pleasant making it even nicer.

Scheduling was easy given that I was out of town. Ohio came on time called for price adjustment since I had a full load less $99 offer. Everything went well.

Arrived on time.  Evaluated quantity of junk to be removed to see if any additional charge over the spec's of the Big Deal.  No additional charge.  Removed items.  Total time for everything was less than 1/2 hour.   I love this company !!   They are very helpful and very professional.  This is the second time I have used their services and I will call them again in a minute for the next junk removal.

The young men showed up as scheduled and I was given a quote for the work that I wanted done. The cost was very reasonable and the work was done in a very effiecient timely manner. I was very pleased with the service. I will definitely recommend them to others.
