Job 1: They were great. The service person gave a lot of good advice for upkeep. Job 2: Excellent. Didn't charge for call, just parts since because they have serviced and did maintenance before.

Jason did a very thorough job, and identified that the humidifier that another company installed three years ago was incorrectly installed, and has never actually worked. He made some adjustments to the blower speed, and cleaned out the components, and it seems to be running more efficiently since then!

Called company in late afternoon, they said they could still come out that evening. This was not an emergency call, so I scheduled a next day appointment for my convenience. This was the second time I used this company. They cleaned up some electrical contacts and did some maintenance on the burners, saying that was all that was needed. Furnace works great. They did not try to sell me parts or any service that was not needed, unlike many other service businesses. I'm very happy with there timeliness and their professionalism.

This company was GREAT! They were prompt, VERY friendly, and professional. They took their time to check everything in the furnace and heating system. They had tons of advice and possible ideas to address my heating concerns but were not pushing a sale of anything. I will definitely call them with ANY furnace and A/C problems. Thanks.

Jason is dependable and reliable. He replaces all filters and maintains the equipment. He is also helpful in providing tips on how to keep the house comfortable and economically viable.

Kevin arrived a few minutes early, was very personable and also very professional. He examined the blower kill switch, tested it repeatedly and then showed me that it was working properly and did not need replacement. He then fully explained the humidifier and filter systems on my heating unit, which was very helpful to me, being a new home owner. He was not pushy and explained what service and new filters would cost with and without a service plan. I appreciated his enthusiasm and knowledge level. I also was impressed when Kevin made sure to tell me to buy a few carbon monoxide detectors, the brand to look for and that they had saved a loved one's life.

They were excellent. We have no complaints. They went out of their way to make sure a child in our house did not have any reaction. They were very good.

Climate tech has done annual checkups on our furnace and air conditioner for three years, as well as making occasional minor repair calls. We've been thoroughly satisfied with them. Technically we are slightly out of their normal service range now, but they've continued to do the work for us. (We were previously customers at another location.) They have always been prompt, thorough, clean, and efficient. Listed cost is per year, for fall furnace and spring air conditioner service.

Job 1: They are friendly. They seem to take pride in their work. Job 2: I've been using this co. for yrs. They do excellent work, always on time, even early, very courteous and professional. Also gave reminder call a few days before scheduled date. This co. and Jason, in my case really show that they care about the work they do. He was very thorough with the clean and check. I think this co. is very honest too, not trying to sell you parts you may not need. Also cleaned up and took all old parts with him. Now even above and beyond the call of duty, I asked Jason to please check for any gas leaks around my stove, which he kindly did. He also asked if I had CO2 monitors and recommended where to place them in my house as well as a particular preferred brand. He also showed me where my gas shut off valve was, which I wanted to know in case of any emergency. Finally, Jason spent some time explaining "gas efficiency" and other related furnace and venting issues as I begin to think about replacing my furnace

They don't always send the same tech, but they've all been professional and friendly. They seem honest in their dealings. We have a contract with them for yearly service, so if any parts are needed for repairs there is an extra charge.

The assessment was $90 and the part was $158. The capacitor installed is a general use capacitor and so it was more expensive than if I had ordered the exact part - but I did not want to wait for a different part. Very please with the service. Quick response, knowledgeable representative, good problem solving ability.

Cental AC stopped cooling. They told us service person would be at our house within one hour. Robert was here on time as promised. He completed the work with speed and attention to detail.He was efficient and very polite. Took time time to show and explain the solution to our poblem.

They did a very good job and in the process they made our basement more livable. Now it is much more comfortable. They also balanced all of the registers throughout the house.

Climate-tech had worked on this unit in 2005. They sent a repairman the day I called. The technician came as planned and the company phoned me to advise that he was on his way but running a bit late. He worked and thoroughly explained what he was doing and seeing. He had to stop due to a severe thunderstorm that blew through. He resumed work as soon as the rain stopped. He left the company card and suggested I call the office to schedule an estimate. I liked that there was no pressure or hard-sell.

They were prompt, professional and did a thorough job. We are pleased with the work, and will call this company again.

As usual, Jason was great, courteous, informative, and thorough. A great follow-up to the evaluation of my system by company owner John last year, and thorough and fast work done by the install crew in June. This is an honest, excellent company.

John Dubecky and his team are highly responsive. They managed our expectations, communicated effectively, and demonstrated professionalism. John has a passion for his work and appears to know everything there is to know about heating and cooling systems. He presented a well-reasoned, fact-based analysis of our system and its problems. He then presented reasonable options, designed to maximize the value of our original investment plus future options. His team executed his plan on schedule. They were polite and cleaned up after themselves. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work and the results. They are a little pricey so we gave them a ''B'' on price, but you get what you pay for in the end and they are well worth the investment.

I had an unfortunate experience of a hose breaking while Josh was working on my air conditioner. It was not even his fault, but he immediately called out another employee named Scott. The two of them were very wonderful and professional! They helped me deal with a flooding house and even helped my plumber figure out and solve the problem! Not to mention a squeaky clean air conditioner for the summer! I can't stress enough how helpful these guys were, and I recommend them highly!

John Dubecky, owner, first came to our house to examine what we needed. He went throughout the house to analyze our existing system. We then talked about our existing house system and what he proposed. His presentation was factual without pressure. He stayed at our house for four hours in his presentation. He also said that our water heater exhaust was not to code and he would correct. Two weeks later the installation occurred. The two installation people laid down floor covering and wore shoe covers so our house stayed clean. The work they did is high quality. They stopped working whenever I had a question and answered it completely. Installation took two days, Thursday and Friday. The last day at 7:00pm they encountered a problem with the thermostat. They worked on the problem for two hours unti 9:00pm but were not able to resolve it. They set up the thermostat to allow constant temperature until Monday. On Monday, they and Mr. Dubecky returned to fix the problem.

Installers were on time, clean, explained what they were going to do, answered questions. Overall a very professional experience.

AFTER HE CAME IN, I HEARD DRILLING!! HE NEVER EVEN ASKED TO DO THIS! I CALLED THE OFFICE IMMEDIATELY and TOLD THEM WHAT WAS GOING ON! IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A FREE ESTIMATE and THEN HE WAS CLAIMING THAT HE WAS GOING TO CHARGE ME A $90 WHEN SOMEONE IS DRILLING MY WALL WITHOUT MY KNOWING!! AFTER THE OFFICE CALLED HIM, HE FINALLY STOPPED and DID NOT CHARGE ME. IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Technician very pleasant and helpful. Explained importance of maintenance on furnace. Recommended getting carbon monoxide alarms. At my request, gave me some ideas about central air, and the pros and cons of different choices.

BEING A FEMALE SENIOR CITIZEN I AM HAPPY TO HAVE ACCESS TO A RELIABLE COMPANY THAT DID NOT SCAM OR OVERCHARGE ME. I FELT THAT MY MONEY WAS WELL SPENT.

THE TECH THAT CAME OUT WAS GREAT. I WENT WITH THEM BECAUSE OF THEIR RATINGS ON ANGIE'S LIST AND THEIR PRICE. THE SECRETARY (SANDY) WAS GREAT EACH TIME I TALKED TO HER AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND CLARIFIED EVERYTHING. SHE WAS JUST WONDERFUL. I ENDED UP SIGNING A CONTRACT WITH THEM FOR SERVICE (24 HOURS A DAY). THEY ALSO MOVED AND INSTALLED A NEW THERMOSTAT. THE TUNE-UP ON THE FURNACE WAS ONLY $81.00.

JASON WAS ABOUT 20 MINUTES LATE, BUT HE CALLED TO ADVISE. HE WAS THOROUGH AND USED SHOE COVERS ON LIGHT BEDROOM CARPET. GAVE SOME ADVISE ON CARE OF STEAM RADIATORS IN MAIN PART OF HOUSE.
