I texted the customer this past Wednesday and told him how busy we are and also there is no wood products available but we will take care of it once that changes. "This is not the way this job went down. When the job is done my customer bought a few things to my attantion that needed to be addressed and were. Then she begged to have a couple hundred dollars knocked off the top of the bill which I did. She called me the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and said you had a couple questions and wanted to meet to do more work for her at another property. I was out of town with my wife and family for the entire week. Instead of just calling me back and having me come and take a look at her concerns she goes on the computer and writes this kind of review. This is not the person I am or the type of company that run. If she truly does have any questions or concerns I'll be more than happy to address them with her. I wish there was a way I could review the people on Angie's List like they can to the contractors to do a great job. I get a lot of work off of Angies List and it is the vehicle that drives my company, but every so often you will get a customer that you just cannot please."
