Weber Automotive is amazing! They determined that my check engine light was the result of a loose gas cap. I had been to 2 other shops who wanted to sell me an EGR valve & lots of un-needed parts. Honest and fair! I highly recommend Weber Automotive.

I am not typically easily impressed. I went in for a simple oil change and they found two items that needed attention. They informed me that one of them was still covered by the manufacturer under my powertrain warranty and even set up an appointment with a loaner at the local dealer for me to have it repaired. Needless to say I was very impressed. Now I won't go anywhere else. Great Job!

I appreciate that they got me in that morning in order to check the brake fluid and added some at no cost. I had a follow up appointment it was recommended that I get brakes done and new tires

The pro's at Weber Automotive found a bad front wheel bearing and got it replaced back on the road very quickly.

As always, Weber Auto did a fantastic job of diagnosing the issue, describing what needed to be done in language I can understand, did it right the first time, and the price was right.

Had an appointment. they started on time and when they looked at the hardware they found I also needed pads for front brakes. they showed me the hardware and the worn area and also how it should look. I approved the work and it was done in a timely manner because I waited for the work to be completed. This was I think the fourth time I used their services and have always been very pleased with their work and price, have already recommended them to a few of my friends for their future work.

I have been using Weber for about 5 years now. They are in my neighborhood and it was a very convenient location to have my cars serviced. Once I started using them for routine service and developed trust, I started having them do some more complex jobs that I couldn't complete myself. I can't say enough good things about their mechanics, Tony and Pete. These guys are very skilled techs who really know their way around cars. They are both very well educated mechanics who are up on the latest tech in new cars and can also work on older, more rare vehicles. I have seen everything from Mercedes, Audi, BMW to old hot rods and American muscle cars in the shop. They will also work on the normal, mundane stuff that most of us drive on a daily basis. Where these guys really shine is their ability to acutally trouble shoot a problem without throwing parts at it. They are skilled enough to properly diagnose an issue without wasting a lot of your time and money. They are both very honest guys who won't try and sell you a job you don't need. They will suggest things that they think I may need and prioritize the issues. Usually if they make a priority recommendation, I have so much trust in them I will go ahead with the job. I personally feel these guys are two of the best, well rounded mechanics that I have used anywhere. They make Weber Automotive truly a great place to get routine and complex service. I don't want to forget Mary, their service writer and office manager. She is a great lady with fantastic communication skills and a dynamic personality. She is a consumate professional and it always is a pleasure to see her. She really rounds out the operation. Overall I have always been very satisfied with Weber Auto. I have 4 cars and I have been using Weber for about 5 years now, needless to say I see them frequently. We have a long history together and a great relationship. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. I have completely ditched the dealer in favor of Weber, where I know I get treated better in all respects.

Very well in a timely matters

It went very well. They are friendly, attentive, and upfront about what needs to be fix, what doesn't, and it will effect the future of the vehicle.

I called them on 2/14/17 explaining that my wife's car was inoperable and asking if I could have it towed there. I had to be at work so asked them to call when they knew what I needed. They were extremely polite and said it wouldn't be a problem. They called around 1100am and told me what was needed along with a few other suggested repairs. When I declined anything other than the repairs needed to get it running there was absolutely no pressure. I know next to nothing about cars so I texted a friend who runs a repair shop and he told the price was more than fair for what I needed. They called around 4:30 that they were done after saying they weren't sure it would be done the same day but would definitely be done the next. So in summary they were polite, cost effective, and fast. I don't know what else you could ask for. I will definitely be back and refer friends and family.

Very well, the car feels like new. My car was very clean and the exhaust was fixed so it's running nice and quiet. The suspension is also nice and quiet after being repaired. Tony went above and beyond the call the fix the issues that my car had developed and were caused by other mechanics in the past. They are also great to deal with and great customer service!

GREAT, New tires are like driving on clouds, very smooth and quite.

We've been with them for about 15 years. They never do anything that is not necessary. A lot of times they will take you out and show you the part that was not working right so you can see it. If the car only needs half hour work, they only charge you half hour whereas others charge you a full hour. They are very professional. I would say old country professional because of their looks and they are very nice.

We have used them for 15 years. With two cars we are there once a month. I give them an A for everything. I highly recommend them. After a while they became friends. They will never do things that are not necessary. They are very honest.
