+ -1 moreWe have been very satisfied with their service. The cord needed to be repaired and they did it at no charge because it was under warranty. We bought it at one branch of theirs, but we have had it serviced at another, and both stores have been excellent in terms of explaining how it works in terms of the warranty that comes with the vacuum cleaner at no additional charge. They also explained the services that are available, but basically they have been very pleasant, very cooperative, and I have had no problems. We had one issue where we needed a repair and they were able to take care of it at no additional charge.
Description of Work: We used Oreck to buy a vacuum cleaner.
