L K Heating & Cooling

Our furnance went out on Saturday night.  First thing Monday morning I called a couple different heating and cooling places.  L K was at my house within the hour and had a full estimate and recommendation within a half hour.  There prcing was either the same or better than others.  They installed it the very next day.
They were extreemly proffesional and quick to respond.  I will  be going with them for all maint moving forward.

Excellent.  Ken was able to come out same day (even though not an emergency) and did the cleaning.  He located a hole in the water feeder tube for the humidifier (which was leaking onto the floor).  He replaced the supply line, cleaned furnace and gave me some good advice about the system (which is 22 years old).   I had replaced the exterior drip tube but never glued it together - Ken took care of that for me.
Most likely, we will replace the system this year and will definitely call LK heating and cooling.

The service was fine.  I like their service.  One person came out and took him about 45 minutes to an hour to complete the job.  I would say that they were on time, cleaned up everything and did a good job.

Everything went very well.  I had hired L&K before and had been very satisfied with their work.

He explored avenues to get my air conditioner fixed and gave me the best options.  He was very honest with me about the options as well. I was very pleased with them. He was prompt. He followed up with me after the job too. I would definitely recommend them!

I used them a few years ago and I was very happy with them. I remember that the cost of the service was expensive, but it was worth it. It went pretty well. We had some issues in the way they took care of everything at the end, but I was happy. I decided to go with them because they seemed to present a solution to heating and air conditioning problems that we had been having since the house was built and had never been able to resolve. They provided a solution. We got value. They were great.

Everything went extremely well. The service was thorough and all of my questions were answered and addressed. I will definitely go with L&K again in the future!

They did a great job.

It went very well.  I came home from work and my furnace wasn't working.  They came at 7:45 pm.  Even though they were just out for an annual check-up several weeks  prior, I did not get a discount for that.  I called and asked about it but believe they were going to call me back about it but I didn't hear anything back.  But I was still happy that he fixed the problem.  I will continue to use L K Heating & Cooling as I have an older furnace.  This technician was familiar with older furnaces and I will ask for him again but you don't always get a choice in the technician.

Two separate service techs were involved.  The problem was not completely resolved with the first visit, but a subsequent visit on the same day seemed to correct my issues.  Both times, my call to LK was addressed quickly and the service response was very satisfactory.  Both gentlemen who worked on my furnace were well familiar with the problem and what needed to be done, but it is an old system and it likely didn't respond to well to the first fix tried.  Currently, a day later, the unit seems to be working as it should.  LK originally installed, and has serviced my furnace for more than two decades.  My experience with this company has always been good.

Woke up this morning to the smell of gas in the whole house.  Gas company came out and said the (small) leak was from the furnace (they showed me the particular area).  Called L K Heating and Cooling because they are local and have good reviews on here.  Very nice woman answered the phone, and after explaining my problem, she said they would have someone here in an hour!  Showed up right around the hour mark, were very nice and professional.  After I showed them what the gas company showed me, they immediately figured it was a bad gas valve.  Took the time to explain to me why a bad gas valve would cause the symptoms I was seeing.  They didn't have the part with them, but called around and found it was available.  They gave me the price for the part to make sure I was ok with it, and I told them to go for it.  Worked around my schedule for a return time later in the day, right on time again, and replaced the part within 30 minutes.  Final cost was a little hard to swallow for someone like me that typically fixes everything himself, but when it comes to a gas leak, I didn't want to mess around.  Overall a very good experience and I would use them again.

Called and they were here within 30 minutes. Went back to their shop to get parts and had my furnace up and running within an hour and a half from when I called. Very courteous and well mannered. They even gave me a few tips on better heating my home. I am very pleased with their service.

How did it go?  It didn't go at all, that's the problem.

Approx 45 min late. Called twice and told both times they were on their way. Never called to say they were running late!!  When they did show up at my sister's home they stated that they were running late due to having to take their child to preschool/daycare.  Your service representative definitely we NOT ON TIME!
