It went well. We had to deal with the Army Corps of Engineers when we found out the flooded area was considered wetlands. So Mr. Pivato was very limited in what he could do excavation wise. He was able to excavate an area where the water runoff could be contained and eventually drain. This excavation was then approved by the Army Corps of Engineers.

Tony did an excellent job. He responded the same day to our request for quote. He is very professional and extremely good at what he does. He leveled out a hill and graded the surrounding area so that water would flow back into the pond. He left the whole area ready for seeding. He did not stop working from the time he arrived to the time he left. Tony is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him for anyone who needs his services.

I was amazed at how easily Tony cleared the dense field growth and created a smoothed surface ready to be seeded. Tony also worked very carefully around the existing buried cable and electrical wiring while cutting out and shaping the required swale. In addition, Tony was very quick to respond to phones calls & texts. He arrived when he said he would and did the work in the time estimated. He was a pleasure to work with. I would use Pivato Excavating again for any future work.

Went really well. Tony and team took care to minimize impact to my yard when possible. The French drain seems to have really dried out my yard. Job looks really good - they did quality work. Also got the whole job (significant scope) done in a day, which minimized impact to me. I am happy with the price and quality of service I received. Would hire again.

The project did not go as planned due to circumstances unknown at the start. But Tony worked around the problems without complaint. I was really pleased in how he handled the issues that came up. The issues had nothing to do with his work, and I am happy with the final results.
