Everytime Jim Forquer has come, he's been thorough in the work, but also patient with us in educating us about how to keep an old unit working as long as it can. He's kind and he's honest. We thoroughly trust his work and knowledge. He is punctual and has been able to come quickly.

I HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH THE PERSON AT THE FRONT DESK. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH HER AT ALL. THE PERSON THAT CAME OUT TO DO THE WORK WAS FABULOUS. CAME OUT DID HIS THING AND REALLY KNEW HIS STUFF. IT WAS BECAUSE OF TODD THAT I WANT TO CONTINUE DOING WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.
