Before Ashley Roofing came, we were in a terrible situation. We had renters that did not tell us the roof was leaking. It did terrible interior damage. I contacted Ashley Roofing, they responded in less than 5 minutes. They met with me ASAP. Gave me a complete estimate on the spot. Offered financing, which literally required less than 5 minutes to be approved. Received a transferable, lifetime warranty that is NOT pro-rated. Their communication was outstanding and prompt. And like any true professional, they left the work site cleaner than they found it. It looks fantastic! All of that, and they were thousands not hundreds...THOUSANDS less than their nearest competitor's estimate (I had 4 estimates) Ashley Roofing is truly the exception to the rule "if it sounds to good to be true, it probably isn't"...well they are too good to be true, and they are FANTASTIC!" Sean, the owner, and Ashley, the office manager, are the folks I dealt with. Thank You Sean and Ashley! It's true, I still have a bunch of interior work to do; because the house had been sadly neglected. But, they understood how upset I was, and how urgent my situation was, and they stepped up! I wish everyone exhibited their level of integrity!
