They were very professional, responded well. Cleaned up prior to leaving.

They were very punctual and came when they promised they would. They cleaned everything up when they were finished. They did an excellent job with the work.

They did a decent job. They did clean up well afterwards and removed all of the debris.

The work went very smoothly. I asked them to do some extra work and they completed the extra tasks and didn't charge much more.

Morningstar was incredibly friendly and professional. Bob Cline was so accommodating and his crew was quick, careful (with our garden beds and other trees in the way), and courteous. Bob and his crew even returned to do some additional pruning because I wanted more taken off the two Maples in our yard.

They cleaned up the area and they were nice and I would use them again.

They did the job very quick. There weren't any issues. The yard is looking very good. We had a couple of estimates, and this pricing was reasonable. We would recommend them to others.

They are very responsible, they clean up nicely, and they know their trees. The will not just come in and just start cutting down trees to get the money. He actually discourages people cutting down healthy trees.

Great they were quick, efficient, clean and removed the mess. Their price was good and they were timely. The only hitch was that the stump grinder (contracted out) didn't take the whole stump out and had to return to grind it again, but they did it without question or problem once I called.

The insurance company required a certified arborist, because they had to value the tree. Morningstar was really good about meeting the needs of the insurance company. We'd never had a car hit a tree, and they really seemed to know what they were doing. They did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it.

They were very good and on time. Prices were very good.

A large crew with large trucks arrived at the time they said they would and got the job done efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased with the work they did.

I had seen Morningstar's trucks and equipment around town enough to sense that they had a large following. I asked for a quote to trim and shape some trees, plus remove a large high branch that was about to fall. Their quote was entirely fair and the work was done quickly and neatly. The people in the front office were very professional and friendly. No problems what so ever.

I am very pleased with the work and the office response. The work was delayed one day, but I received a phone call in advance and the work was beautifully completed without damage or fuss. I would recommend them to anyone.

I neglected the acre size of the yard while I was on chemotherapy and in the subsequent 8 years as I found it overwhelming. Now I want to get the yard cleaned up to sell in a year or so and move to a one floor home. They often advised against doing some work as it would expose some unsightly areas behind the area I was thinking of cleaning up. They were prompt, polite and willing to add some work while they were there.

He's just very responsive and very good. We just like him a lot. He comes and does what we ask and drops off chips if we need them.

WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE. THE JOB WAS URGENT BECAUSE THE TREE WAS LYING ON OUR GAS METER. AN ESTIMATOR CAME OUT THE DAY WE CALLED AND THE TREE WAS REMOVED THE NEXT MORNING. ALL THE EMPLOYEES WERE EXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL.

OFFICE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY - SAID ONE OF THEIR CERTIFIED ARBORISTS COULD COME OUT BY APPT NEXT WEEK OR THE VERY NEXT DAY IF WE HAD THE FLEXIBILITY (SINCE THEY ARE ALWAYS IN OUR AREA). BOB CLINE, THE ARBORIST, CALLED BEFORE SHOWING UP AND WAS VERY FRIENDLY. HE ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS, IDENTIFIED THE ''DISEASE'' WE SPOTTED ON OUR TREES AND REASSURED US NOTHING NEEDED TO BE DONE. SPENT ABOUT 45 MINUTES WALKING WITH US AROUND THE LOT, EXPLAINED TREE BIOLOGY and HABITAT, POINTED OUT DIFFERENT SPECIES, AND MADE RECOMMENDATIONS ABOUT THE SOIL AND LANDSCAPING TO ENSURE HEALTHY TREES. ABSOLUTELY A TERRIFIC SERVICE - NO PRESSURE, NO SCARE TACTICS, NO UNNEEDED RECOMMENDATIONS - AND HE DIDN'T CHARGE US ANYTHING FOR ALL OF HIS TIME AND EXPERTISE! (I'M SURE HE COULD HAVE BILLED US FOR THIS VISIT IN ADDITION TO AN ESTIMATE FOR FUTURE TREE SERVICES.) IF WE DECIDE TO PROCEED FURTHER, WE'LL BE USING THIS COMPANY!

NOT SURE HOW THEIR PRICE WOULD HAVE COMPARED TO OTHERS. DID GOOD, PROMPT WORK. NO PROBLEMS.

WOULDN'T USE ANYONE ELSE. I THINK THEY ARE GREAT.

THEY WERE EFFICIENT IN DOING THE WORK ITSELF WHEN THEY DID IT, BUT TOOK A LONG TIME TO GET AROUND TO DOING IT. THEY SAID THEY WOULD TRIM OUR TREE WHEN THEY DID OUR NEIGHBOR'S TREE, BUT THEY DIDN'T. IT TOOK QUITE A LONG TIME BETWEEN THE TIME WE AGREED THAT THEY SHOULD DO THE WORK and THE TIME THAT THEY DID IT. WE HAD TO CALL THEM AT LEAST TWICE TO REMIND THEM.

WOW! VERY PROFESSIONAL! A+++ ALL THE WAY! ROLE MODEL FOR ALL THE OTHER COMPANIES OUT THERE WHO DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE and WHO TRY TO RIP YOU OFF WHENEVER THEY CAN. THEY HAD KNOWLEDGEABLE EMPLOYEES and BOY DO THEY HAVE THE EQUIPMENT TO GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT. A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH! LOOKING FORWARD DO WORKING WITH THEM AGAIN!
