Richard did a thorough job investigating the problem of why the burner would not come on. He explained to both of us why the tube had clogged up and what to do for that in the future. He completed everything in a professional manner.

This man, Bill Dohn, is a gem. Quick, responsive, experienced, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, reasonable rates. He came out on virtually a moment's notice on a Saturday to rescue us from our non-functioning AC unit. This was at the beginning of a heat wave when I'm sure his services were in high demand. He found that the unit was low on Refrigerant, loaded it up, checked the resulting air temp generated by the system to make sure that it solved the problem, gave me some good-sense tips and pointers about running the system and things to look out for, took my check an was on his way. In the next few days, a new problem cropped up: the heat-exchanger fan motor started to die, over-heating and shutting itself off long before the house temp reached its intended setting. I rang Bill up. Even though he was dealing with a bunch of other customers at the time, he helped me diagnose the problem over the phone. I went out and purchased the replacement motor myself, and through a series of phone calls, he coached me through the installation process. The unit runs great now. I cannot say enough about this guy. As long as I live in this area, he will be my Heating and AC maintenance/installation provider.

They called on day of appointment to confirm time, arrived on time, listened to us describe the issue, asked questions, inspected the system and gave us our options. He was very considerate, professional and friendly (even picked up leaves from the floor that his boots brought in).
