I would definitely consider purchasing another car from them. I think the waiting room has very uncomfortable chairs. They're kind of a chair you sit in and you disappear or the tables are high so you have to climb up on the chairs. Otherwise they're good.

It was good, a very reasonable price. There is one complaint that I have and they all know it out there. If you call and want to schedule by phone for service, the people that answer the phone will screw up the scheduling on what day or time it was. They do this every time and they're absolutely worthless. The service desk will actually give you their business card and say go ahead and call them directly to schedule. I don't know who hires or controls the people but I'm not the only one and it's not the only time I've had it happen. Every time I've been there if I went thru them it's been messed up. Dealing with the service people it's fine.

They were okay. The first time they worked on it, it overheated, but they fixed it for good after the second issue. There were two separate issues that were affecting the radiator.

I thought the negotiations were fair and honest. Bought an in stock Rav 4 AWD. It was delivered on time and the driivng instructions were clearly presented. The saleman even programmed the on board cell phone connectiions for both our phones.
