"[Member Name Removed], I was not aware of any issues other than the sides of the driveway not being filled.. During the final walk through at the end of the project with your wife the issue of the sides not being filled in was brought up while you were on the phone with her. I had explained that we put back or fill in left over dirt. There was nothing in the scope on Landscaping or bringing in more dirt. If I would have thought or known this would have become an issue that you were perceiving my company in a negative way we could have worked out a solution with the dirt for sure. If I was also not aware of concrete that was left in the grass or an unsatisfactory cleanup was done we would have came back out and cleaned the area again or as many times as it took to make it satisfactory for you. There is not an intentional foot difference on the Patio. The fence that is beside the patio is at an angle. Per your request we placed the patio the same distance from the fence on each end as well as the deck. By doing this the pad cannot be squared. In addition, I recall going over this and the framing of each pad with you personally and getting your approval before any Concrete was installed. Our goal is to always go above and beyond to make it a great experience for our Customers. If something is left unsatisfactory it is our intent to make it right. We just need to be made aware. We are not by any means perfect. I do appreciate the review and you were very nice customers to have. The weather was very hot and you provided us with much needed water. You were very nice to us as well. Thank you."
