Hi! I am Bill Brown, owner of Paramount Services. Paramount believes in delivering services with only the highest regards to health, safety, comfort, reliability, quality, and customer service. (In fact, a poster that states this is on the wall in our training room.) We provide plumbing, heating, cooling, drain cleaning, and duct cleaning services to homeowners in Columbus, OH and surrounding areas. We are located in New Albany. We have won many awards, have been blessed to have worked for over 10,000 customers, and we have the awesome team of coworkers who are ready to serve you. Technicians tried to convince me to rent equipment from Menards to clean my own dryer vent. Once they were done I was unable to use my dryer because they packed in the lint vs cleaning it out. Sent our another crew of technicians who cleaned it and discovered they had missed cleaning some of the air ducts too. Received a very disappointing refund of $50. Took off work twice for these appointments and had to go to the laundromat to use their dryers. Would not recommend or use again.

I sent a request on a Saturday and received a reply almost instantly they could come on Monday. Nate showed up and was very professional and through. I asked for pricing on some other services and he gave me a couple options. I never felt pressure to sign up for anything, but I did start off with a service plan. Highly recommend.

Slightly more expensive than some. However i watched them work and they were thorough and knowledgeable. The first one in 4 years I trusted enough to purchase a service contract.

DO NOT HIRE!!! DO NOT HIRE!!!! My AC was blowing hot air. They came out, took all these fancy pictures of my ducts. Said my AC is fine. All I need is a good cleaning schedule. Offered me cleaning service contract with 7 years financing!!!!! A total of almost $3000!!!! Said once I get it cleaned, unit will work great. I declined. Paid the $29 fee. Tech said he did not have change so he got $40. Called someone who ACTUALLY KNOWS AC UNITS! The fan motor needed replaced! So happy I used A DIFFERENT COMPANY And SO SHOULD YOU!!!!

Mine is a strange story. I had Paramount come to my home to fix a plugged toilet that was completely my fault. While the service man was en route, I noticed water underneath my disposal, and asked that be included in the service trip. No problem there. A new disposal was installed in 20 minutes. But the service man flushed the toilet twice, took the lid off the tank and said I needed a new toilet. Another appointment was scheduled for the following week. What ticked me off was that the toilet began to work perfectly after I kept using the plunger. I didn't need a new toilet and felt duped. Also, at this writing I am still waiting for my refund for the toilet. The fact that the service man took so little time to find the problem before telling me I needed a new toilet reeked of a rip-off.

My water tank was spraying water everywhere. I called two other companies before Paramount, one went to voicemail (still waiting for a call back), the other gave me an appointment a week out. The customer service rep said she would have a technician out within the hour. As promised, he texted to say he s be there in 4 minutes. He was polite and promptly corrected the problem and cleaned up the area. Definitely I will use them again and refer others to them.
