THE REPAIRMAN RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS IN AN EXCELLENT MANNER WHEN I WAS HAVING THE SERVICE COMPLETED. HOWEVER, IT IS NOW A YEAR LATER AND I WANTED HIM TO COME BACK OUT AND LOOK AT A CRACK IN MY CEMENT THAT IS RESULTING IN CRUMBLING CEMENT. I WOULD HAVE HOPED THAT THE SEALANT WOULD HAVE PROVIDED MORE PROTECTION. HE WILL NOT RETURN MY CALLS, WHICH I HAVE LEFT WITH A "LIVE" PERSON AND WITH THE ANSWERING MACHINE. NOW I NEED TO CONTACT ANOTHER COMPANY TO COME OUT.

HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. PATIENTLY EXPLAINED NECESSARY REPAIRS AND OPTIONS. APPLIED DECK STAIN/SEALER WITH A BRUSH INSTEAD OF SPRAYER DUE TO WINDY WEATHER, WHICH TOOK SEVERAL MORE HOURS THAN EXPECTED, AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. I WILL RECOMMEND HIM, AND USE HIM AGAIN IF NEEDED.
