I wasn't there when Ken did his work. When he was done he called me to tell me the water wouldn't shut off. I wasn't able to get there fast so he found a nozzle in his truck and used it on the hose so the water wouldn't keep running. How wonderful of him to be so concerned and to do a quick fix. I just bought the house and I am in the process of having some projects done before I can move in. His work is impeccable. I didn't realize he was going to do as much as he did. He went above and overboard to make sure everything was done properly. Describe him? Kind, caring, extremely efficient, and very reasonable in cost. Will recommend him to everyone.

I was able to fine a cement contractor through Angie's List. They were very good and they told me that they would come out again this year and they would not charge me for the call. They said that they would only charge me if it sunk in anymore and if I needed more product.

The job went.fairly well. They cleaned up after they were finished. A problem did arise which they or we weren't contemplating. We had a professional come in and assess the problem and he met with John and Ken at our place to figure out how to resolve it.

The pro worked out all the details with them and then came and corrected the problem. We are very satisfied with the outcome.
