Price quoted was less than 50% of what one dealer wanted to charge and $250.00 less than another. Jeep was dropped off on a Monday and it was ready to be picked up on Tuesday. Incredibly professional, the shop is immaculate. I will use Integrity for any vehicle work that I need.

He fixed my air in 20 minutes finding that it was a switch & he only charged me $20. Not only did he get me in the same day, he is a honest mechanic & affordable.. Will return here for auto repair!

My power steering stopped working Saturday night and I needed to leave for Columbus at 9:30 Monday morning for testing to determine if I had cancer. What timing! I had my car towed here and called to leave a 'please' message. He had it fixed before 8:30! I always have my car repaired here. He has helped me in more than one pinch. He knows what the problem(s) is and promptly repairs it. Pleasant and professional, I highly recommend.

I'd had the battery charged and checked by AAA and thought it was fine, but occasionally was having starting problems. I stopped by without an appointment because I was afraid it wouldn't start when I turned it off. He immediately checked the battery and alternator, found the battery was bad (so much for AAA) and ordered one. In about 1hour I left with a new battery and haven't had a starting problem since.
I've taken my car in a many times; power steering cable broke, AC needed freon, oil change, etc. I have a list of fixes needed and I will take my car here again to have them done.
He is very nice, professional and has reasonable prices.

Work was completed on time in a professional manner.  They were very friendly to work with and I will go back again.

JIM was very courteous and efficient. He worked quickly and cost of work was reasonable.

Jim fixed my car the first day he had it. I had another garage tell me I would have to take it to a dealer to fix the tail light, but Jim got the part and saved me the dealership costs and inconvenience. I received it in the same condition as it was left, no additional grease, dirt,scratches, etc. He was polite, and went out of his way to be helpful. My transmission and tail light now work.
