It went wonderfully. We highly recommend Jeff and his team. We asked that the renovation be completed in 5 weeks, and it was - except for the back splash, which was delayed due to another provider. Jeff worked long days and weekends to get our renovation done. When the back splash was finally ready, he came back immediately (despite being a very busy contractor) and installed it. He doesn't cut corners, and does things the right way the first time. Our project came in a bit over-budget, but this was because of some extra items we asked him to complete that weren't in the original scope of work. I work from home, so was on-site through the entire renovation. Jeff and his team were hard workers, respectful of our home, and always followed through. We were so impressed, and will absolutely hire them again for more projects in our home.

We bought one of Hans Nuetzel architect homes, and he immediate recommended Jeff Hayward. He is a great contractor. He recently just did wood floors and tile floors for us. He does excellent work. He's priced fairly. He is very skilled and good at project management. I would highly recommend him.

When my husband and I began to consider potential general contractors for building a second story addition to our home, a friend of mine suggested Jeff Hayward as a general contractor and builder. The initial architect for this project was Hans Neutzel, who prior to his recent death, had used Jeff as an exclusive builder for 22 years. Hans Neutzel was one of Cincinnati's finest architects. Jeff accompanied Hans and his partner to one of our initial planning meetings. I was impressed by Jeff's knowledge and his calm, kind personality. I knew immediately we wanted him to be our builder because he is highly knowledgeable, has an excellent track record, and would be easy to work with. In the meantime before starting this large building project, one of our hot water pipes broke, and we needed an access port, some tile work, caulking and replacement of kitchen cabinet hinges to be performed. We called Jeff, and he responded immediately to our need. Jeff did an outstanding job. I recommend Jeff Hayward without reservation and full enthusiasm as a general contractor for remodeling or building projects. When we start our large remodeling project and second story addition, we will use Jeff as our general contractor.
