Exellent service. I am really particular, and very aware of cost and value. I would definitely have no qualms about recommending Charlie's to anyone. An honest service shop that does solid work at a fair price. If you're not giving Charlies a shot at being your service provider, you are paying too much and getting too little in return.

I have been going here for over 34 years. They send out coupons for different types of service. They have very reasonable prices. They are very personable, and their technicians have been here for years. They are very knowledgable, honest, and up front. I like that they don't try to get me to do unnecessary repairs.

All the repairs they have done to both an Acura and Blazer have been done well with no complaints but once. This one was taken care of immediately and I was on my way. They missed a cable needing plugged in. This was on the timing belt change, a major job.

My tires were mounted and balanced and run smooth as glass. My Fusion has been trouble-free, but when it needs service, that's where I'll go.

They are fair and honest. They don't try to cheat you. They are reasonable and quick with their repairs. They try to use quality parts, but if you tell them to use cheaper parts they will find the cheapest quality part. This is what's nice about Charlie?s Garage, they are just a handful of mechanics and they have been there for years. It's not a high turnover place. The management over there takes care of their employees well enough that they don't want to leave. And if they don't want to leave they have better work ethics. You can talk to them and they will explain what they found and how they repaired it. In some cases they would ask you if you want to do the job yourself and they would instruct you on how to do it. For the work that I get done over the there the price is good. There have been a couple of times I have had to take it back and when I took it back they took care of it immediately and they didn't charge me. Sometimes they can't get the parts or something in time to get it done in the time period that you were hoping to get it done.
