My experience with them has been pretty good. They have done a decent job of overall cleaning but they lack some attention to detail. They have broken three things on separate occasions.

They do a nice job and are very professional.

They could not be any sweeter. They always check to see if I am on the phone or working before they vacuum. They are very polite and professional. It impressed me that they had a new person on the team one week and the one who is usually there was able to instruct her on how we like things. They definitely check their work which is nice.

They do a real nice job. I've had them now three times. The first time, I did have some problems with the cabinets, but I called the owner and they came out right away to go over everything. The second time they sent someone out who went over everything that was supposed to be done. Price above is for cleaning once a month.

I submitted an on-line request to have a cleaning estimate 2 weeks ago, and have not heard from anyone yet.

Terrible.

Two ladies were polite and courteous. They did a wonderful job cleaning and paid attention to all the details. I was pleasantly surprised by all the little things they cleaned, not just the big pieces. I would hire them again.

Team of three showed up on time and worked steadily for almost 4 hours. Team took one 15 min break. This was a one time detailed cleaning in preparation for a party. I am pleased with the quality of work and the team. They were friendly & professional. This was just more expensive than I expected, even for a one-time cleaning.

It was ''ok''. We tried the service for a few months, but the results varied. We like the rotation system they use, but the house never really seemed cleaned. During their next-to-last visit, we could see entire areas that were missed. After we canceled, they gave us one free cleaning, and that was much better than any of our previous cleanings. If only we had received that level of service the entire time.

The interview and price quotes were handled on a very professional level. Everything is written down, including discrepancies about my house & cats. The quote included increases should I add rooms currently being painted and redone. The price was less than my previous service and so far the work appears superior. I have not found anything to address. They instructed me to call the office or leave notes if any issues need to be corrected. I had the opportunity to meet my team this week and was even more reassured about hiring this company. They were pleasant and professional, a nice combination. They double-checked to make sure the instruction sheet was correct in not including the bedroom and office being repainted. A check sheet of the cleaning that was done is left on the counter, which areas were detailed and which are general cleaning. Due to recent surgery, I had small amounts of clutter around, which was gathered so I could easily put things away.

We put our house on the market for sale in August 2006, a particularly bad time to be selling a home. Because of all the work that comes with showing a home, we called Mike to help us get the house ready. The next day the crew showed up and did a top to bottom job, 4 employees, several hours. They cleaned baseboards, wiped down cabinets, doors, etc. This initial cleaning cost $395. Subsequently, they came back weekly and polished the hardwood floors, kept the cabinetry cleaned and in general - made our lives easier for the numerous showings. ($100 weekly) We have a large 3 bedroom/family room/2 & 2 bath/laundry on 1st floor home. They cleaned it all. We sold our house in 30 days. I know, in part, due to the gleaming house we always had ready to show. Now I'm spoiled and can't wait for them to start working on our new home!

The crew showed up on time and was polite. Polite does not mean they will clean well. Mike was not willing to refund part of my $213.00. When I told him I would call the better Business Bureau, he told me to go right ahead.

They were very professional and easy to communicate with, including during the initial assessment, as well as with regular cleaning crew. They had good attention to detail. There were no major product smells. They were very accommodating to any particular needs. I have used many different companies and private individuals, and this company seems to have a good mix of quality work with professionalism for a decent price.

We have a one year old, I work at home, and my wife works mostly on weekends, so she is usually home with our daughter when they clean. They have been very accommodating about timing (i.e. not coming during our daughter's usual nap time) and working around us for those times we decide to stay in the house while they clean.

THEY DO A FAIRLY GOOD CLEAN. THEY ROTATE PORTIONS OF THE HOUSE EACH TIME WHERE THEY DO A MORE INTENSE CLEANING. THEY ARE VERY FLEXIBLE WITH MY SCHEDULE AND ALWAYS WORK AROUND MY NEEDS. I THINK THAT IS THEIR STRONGEST PROFESSIONAL QUALITY.

I've tried several cleaning services - this is the first one I am actually happy with. The women are pleasant and easy to deal with, very trustworthy and responsible. They treat my home and pets with respect. My only complaint is that when they did not show up one snowy day no one called me to tell me they were not coming. I found out by calling the office and hearing the recorded message. I think that a personal call would have been better customer service.

Did a wonderful job cleaning the house. Very detailed, did a great job cleaning bathrooms, dusting, sweeping and cleaning kitchen appliances. Very professional, left a paper with everything that had been cleaned and also folded over all the toilet tissues in each bathroom, like you would see in a hotel.

WE WERE PLEASED BY THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND THE OVERALL THOROUGHNESS AND FRESHNESS OF THE FIRST CLEAN.

GOOD CLEANING SERVICE, BUT MY 60'S WOMEN'S LIB EARS CRINGED WHEN THE OWNER CALLED HIS CLEANING CREW ''HIS GIRLS''.

THE STAFF IS COMPETENT, THOROUGH AND PLEASANT.

VERY RESPONSIVE TO COME OUT AND PERFORM ESTIMATE. ESTIMATE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DETAILED. OVERALL, HOUSECLEANING ITSELF WAS VERY AVERAGE, NOT A LOT OF ATTENTION TO DETAIL.

THEY ACTUALLY ANSWERED THE PHONE IN PERSON, COULD RESPOND ON SHORT NOTICE, WORKED HARD, AND WERE REASONABLY PRICED. WORKERS WERE PLEASANT.
