I used Rachel's Cleaning & Services to clean my gutters. They arrived on time and they had all the qualities that I normally look for in a company: 
   - Polite
   - Professional.
   - Punctual
   - Fairly Priced.  
Beyond just performing their job, one of the gentlemen pointed out some repairs that needed to be done in my roof,  and gave me an estimate.  He also took some extra minutes to answer some questions I had about my fireplace, and provided some advice,  That's the right way to do business.
 I will definitely be using their services in the future. 

After the work that was ordered was completed, Bill brought down some troubling pictures of the chimney brick and crown showing many cracks and a problem with the chimney cage that was not even fastened down.  I had them go ahead and fix the chimney and cage adding additional charges.  The work on the chimney is guaranteed for 15 years.

Bill patched some loose mortar in fire place and up on the chimney .Needed more work around the crown which I agreed to as it could be done right then and there and there was danger of more water traveling down. The cost was $300. Bill was very professional, friendly, courteous and informative. He explained everything as he went. He discovered the gutter guards on the house were the wrong size and ineffective - they were blocking the gutters actually - so they were removed; we'll see how that goes! A small section of gutter was forgotten tho as I believe as we were talking we were both distracted; after I called days later Bill returned a week or two later (I told him not to rush) and he cleaned all the gutters again which was a nice surprise. I have recommended Rachel's to co-workers already.

He did a great job.  He showed up on time and did a great job cleaning the gutters, blowing the sidewalks and deck, and cleaning the chimney.

Used the chimney and gutter clean deal ($149.00) earlier in the month. Bill (Rachel's husband) provided the service, was punctual and friendly. Completed all the cleaning and inspection in under an hour. During the inspection he found our chimney stack needed sealing as water was leaking into the insert. Our fire plate also needed repair due to a crack. Already had a quote for the fire plate repair from another company. Bill's price ($560.00 plus tax) was almost the same and included the chimney stack sealing. He came over two weeks later and completed that work. Added bonuses; he cleaned my gutters again and found another crack in the fire plate that he fixed at no additional charge. I will definitely be calling him for my future chimney and gutter maintenance.

Arrived right on time and got right to work. He spent time inspecting our fireplace and the inside and outside of our chimney and then cleaned it very thoroughly. He seemed honest and reliable, and we'll definitely use Rachel's again for our next chimney sweep.

They clean my house bi weekly. We noticed our damper on our fireplace was hard to open. Rachel dispatched the cleaner to come take a look at it. Not only was it at fire level creosote, it also was leaking thru cracks in the crown. They prepared an estimate on the spot with pictures to repair the crown. We also had it cleaned and the damper replaced. The total price of the repair portion was fair and has a lifetime warranty. Although our gutters were not full of debris, they cleaned the spout hole for free since it was only a few handfuls and hammered a few loose spikes back in. Bill the Chimney Tech was very clean and professional not to mention efficient. We will continue to have him clean our chimney and as of this year our gutters once the leaves fall.
