It was a little higher than some other quotes I got. He measured and then sent me a quote. The experience has been very, very good so fair.

Several of my friends and I approached him about the project and asked if they would be willing to negotiate since there were several people interested. They did end up winning the contract and did some work for others, it just ended up being more expensive than we could afford. His prices were very reasonable. He actually amused me in a certain respect, because he remembered putting in my fence for a prior homeowner about 20 years ago.

They were able to complete 99% in one day; which was great since I have a dog. They were friendly, professional and cleaned out all materials. They met all my expectations

They took down our existing fence and put up a new privacy fence. They had done repairs for us in the past. So we knew we were happy with their work. They did a good job. They showed up on time. They were really professional. They worked the entire time they were here. They got the job completed in the amount of time they said it would take. They didn't leave any kind of mess. We felt like the price was reasonable.

The owner came and gave me an estimate. I had a couple of other companies give estimates first. The experience with Pioneer was the best. He took a look at difficult areas of my yard and proposed solutions that would work well. The other companies just measured the yard and gave me a number. He also explained to me what kind of wood he was going to use and why. He really made me feel like he knew what he was doing. The estimate was a couple hundred dollars higher but I wanted the job done right the first time so I chose Pioneer. I'm glad I did. I did have to add some work to the original job and they worked with me over the phone to adjust the original estimate. The stayed in touch with me about when they would come and called me the day before they were to come out. We got rained out and they called early in the morning to let me know they would not be there. When the crew came to put in the fence, they went around the property with me to make sure they understood my expectations. They initiated this process. The fence took two days to put in completely. They went over the work at the end of day one and two to make sure I was happy. Pioneer did a great job from beginning to end. They are very professional and my fence looks great. I highly recommend them.

Great, it was a huge job requiring 2 crews and they did an excellent job.

After a bad ice storm some trees fell on my fence. They did really good and adjusted my gate. I use to have an old fence company that could never get it right. Two years later my fence still looks good. Insurance covered most of the cost.

I gave this company a B on professionalism, because the man did not introduce himself nor indicate the company he represented. I knew the company, because I had scheduled it to visit, and I believe it was on his truck, but just felt a handshake and intro would have been nice.

For the initial installation, they were very accommodating in coming out when we were in and out, so that we did not have to devote a day at home to be there when they were installing the gates and fixing the fence. Unfortunately, we did not catch the way one of the gates was hinged, as it swings open and closed into bushes next to the house. We should have had it installed the other direction. But they did install the hinge just as they had drawn it on their proposal, so I cannot fault them for this. I just wished that they (with all their experience) had talked to us about this. It should have been fairly obvious that this might be a problem. One of the posts cracked over the winter. When we called them for an estimate for repair, it took 3 calls to get a call back. The estimate was for $340, repair of one post $80, new gate (they said ours was a right gate and we needed a left gate) $150 and a $100 service fee! They said they couldn't afford to do the work otherwise.

The job was done well. My only concern was the delay from initial call to the time the job was completed. I felt that it took a little long and since safety was my concern, I wish that it could have been done quicker.

They came on time and proceeded to put up the fence without any delay. We have no complaints so far. The fence looks great and we plan to have this company put up more fencing in the fall. Overall we are satisfied. The company charged extra for digging through the roots (which the owner told me about while giving the estimate), but I have to say that that was probably the hardest part of the job because it took a lot of extra work to dig out the roots.
